I was late in ther Lunch Time 11. Doing great, big stack. I get locked out an hour, thewn get back and some of the players were fine just stealing chips. I get back on and had 490 chips Im kinda upset honestly. I could go to any other site on the web. Are they cheating? How come only some players had access? How do they normally do this, just let it ride how it is? Has this happened before, with only some of the players losing access?

Also, it was down on my Phone and my PC. Switched networks etc.

If the tourney completely breaks they give equity, but some players still had access so the games ran. I love this site but Im kinda upset right now. Spent 5 hours to get ripped off.

it sucked cuz some people could steal from others
like at one point i had a lot of chips but hard to prove when moment was

Im kinda new here, hopefully someone else will chime in. You could try support. I had 40K chips, then 500 when I could finally get back on. After 5(actually only 3 hours) hours of play.

I just created a support ticket since it seems like most players were not affected. It has to be them having multiple servers and just one going down right? I cant think of any other explanation. There were others in the room complaining when I finally got back on. Its more than just us 2, but no idea how many.

After I started the thread and also logged a GP support ticket, I then realized it was not fair for them to pay twice. This wasnt anything they did. Other websites were varying levels of slow even though they loaded and 2plus2 was at a snails pace for example. Not sure I have seen anything quite like it. Maybe check if the FT had any Spectrum employed Network Engineers, but really Im only joking(mainly).
