All of the tables closed, and I had just won a pot but it never came into my balance. Thankfully I grabbed the hand ID, off to email support!

The table logo is wrong as well, it doesn't say Global anymore. Someone pushed a button they shouldn't have.

Seems unlikely as most of the time that is announced in a banner on the lobby screen as a heads up of what time it happens, and if memory serves they like to do it at 4:00am EST but I could be wrong on that exact time.

cubiea is the company that actually writes the software, Global just brands it and runs the site. My guess is someone restored a snapshot they shouldn't have, or at least that is how it smells to me.

Looks to be back up at the cash games, balance is not updated though

Edit: Transaction history shows the deposit, but not the credit back from the table that was up during the crash. Hand history doesn't show the last hand I played either.

Make sure you get your support tickets in quickly if your balance is wrong (And very likely your balance is wrong) as I have a hunch many tickets will be going in and we all know support will have a tough time getting to all of them quickly.
