Better check into using a VPN in the TOS. I remember Global Joey once chiming in and either saying it was against the TOS or heavily frowned upon.

I believe that was their original stance, and then they came back out and softened the stance about VPNs. The impression I got, and search VPN posts in the forums to read it for yourself, is they were fine with VPNs when you use them to play from environments where you don't trust the internet connection. Like a library or Starbucks. But they don't want you using a VPN if you live in another country that isn't allowed to play on Global.

Is the issue with Cox fixed? Can Cox customers login without using a VPN?
