Global Poker Stealing Money From Users / Awful support Global Poker Stealing Money From Users / Awful support

I was in a $10 SNG on Friday morning and won, with a prize of $39. Immediately after the final hand completed, the table froze and all chips disappeared from the table. I was never paid for winning.

I have opened multiple tickets since then... and it was over 20 hours before anyone even responded. They told me they credited my account, but they didn't. Now its 10 hours later and still no response to that.

This tech support is absolutely HORRENDOUS and I would not recommend anyone deposit here.

I truly believe they are doing this on purpose just to troll me, as well.

HaHa! Since u apparently don't like being trolled, making statements like this, on this forum, is a great way to avoid being trolled. Lol WP my friend. New 2p2 account, crazy riggie/ paranoid accusations, no tangible evidence. hmm sounds about right

Why else would they tell me they deposited it twice and never actually do it? They think this is hilarious because I'm flipping out in the support center

well you shouldn't really flip out over $39 - but i guess money is all relative.

That being said I'm sure they will take care of it.

wth are you opening multiple tickets for. 1 ticket. Multiple tickets slow down the process for everyone as it's that much more they have to sift through.

No patience, everyone wants instant gratification. Legit issue and Global def needs to get this resolved properly, but man open 1 ticket then show a tiny amount of restraint ffs.

Threads like these are why global will end up being just another US poker site.

Could you **** tards please stop making pointless threads?

Agreed. Can a mod delete some of these thread titles that are baseless and scaring away possible players?

If there are a lot of threads perhaps you should consider reevaluating whether or not they are all baseless?

There’s a lot of them because every poker site has difficulties from time to time with cash outs or, in this case, software problems and everyone they happen some alarmists make threads titled like routine money issues are sites trying to scam them. Twoplustwo has a nasty habit of turning molehills into Everest and it hurts the poker economy when people claim that something that is clearly an error a scam. I see titles that say “ site x scammed me for X dollars”. I then proceed to read the thread and without fail the site has not scammed them but either, they cheated and funds have been confiscated or the site is having trouble with their personal bank account, etc. it is toxic that so many threads fearmonger when most of the issues are common in all businesses and easily resolved with site support, without a need for a thread. In fact, this fellas issue has been addressed on a thread started by Joey. Not really a need for this thread but if Bobo and others don’t see it that way that is fine.

when you cite the birthplace of Lebron James in a mass-customer-email as a reason for why you switched payment processors (new company based out of akron), you are absolutely inviting extreme reactions to minute difficulties. this is a GLOBAL problem, not a 2p2 problem.

it would be much better if Global Poker had better customer support that was reliable and easier to reach.

hopefully they add in phone calls too, not just emailing. can get really frustrating.
