The fact that many other people have successfully received payments would be referred to as a clue, hence not a scam.

Your ISP may be blocking the email if you are in the US. Some of the internet service providers are just so very worried about everyone's safety, so they just block various key words in the senders email. They are meddlesome idiots at times. If you did the usual and checked your spam folder and added them to your address book, you may have to use one of the generic email free accounts like GMail or Yahoo!.

You would not be the only one that has gone through this hassle. If this is the case, it is your ISP that is f'n things up. You can see that the rep here has been communicating regularly, again.

Yes, plenty. There really is no back and forth nonsense. Several people joined to share their 'wisdom' that the site was a scam. Naturally, they offered no evidence nor asked if they were doing something different than other people had done to get verified. They merely stood at the podium and told everyone how clueless they are.

If you read the 'scam' issues, it was in the verification process getting lost in email shuffles. Not one person said that after they were verified and put in a cashout had any real difficulty. A handful even said they were paid out late the same day.

Their rep on this site is away til/through Sunday.

To put this in perspective, the OP, who screamed bloody murder this was a scam and threatened to (or maybe actually did) report Global to paypal and the BBB as conducting fraudulent activity, got his issue resolved and is still playing on Global today. He promised to come back ITT and make a loud apology but thus far is too much of a dirtbag to do so.

As an aside I'm quite surprised Global is allowing him to play at all. If I were in management I would have gotten him his cash out and banned his account, wishing him luck elsewhere. It's one thing to be upset about a problem and even post a bunch of hot air, but reporting them to paypal for fraud? I would have exercised my right to refuse service.

Let me chime in on this. I have and do play at Global Poker. It's a wonderful site and w/o a doubt my favorite. You said you had trouble w/d funds. IMO, they are legit and do require docs for legal purposes ( not scam purposes. ) When I first played they required my docs. I had an issue with my docs and 4-5 later still had the issue. The issue was mine not Global Poker's. I fixed the issue and my docs were checked off on.

That was at least a month ago. I have won some and lost some and cashed out plenty. I always and let me repeat... Always, have got my money sent to me within 36 hours ( every time except for 1 I think it was basically within 24 hours. )

So, my question is to the OP ... why talk **** about a site that is very legit and allows ways for players to make nice loot ... way better than some of the companies out there ( and you know who they are ... I do not need to call them out and throw them under the bus. There are only about 3-4 others period (at least for USA players.) Sorry you had trouble cashing out $25 as the hundreds I have cashed out was smooth sailing.

Finally, the other sites have really always been legit too and I cannot really think of any poker site that has took me or gave me the run around. Any issues have usually been on my part and not the poker sites.

Hey guys. I requested my first cashout from Global Poker yesterday. After many deposits going bust I was finally able to get lucky and cash out. If the cashout goes through I will post an update of how great the action on this website is.

Also I wanted to say I was a bit skeptical about the omaha regulars prior to this due to hyper aggressive play and ultra deep stacks. However after battling it out with them and going through hands, I definitely believe the games are extremely fair and square.

How about you deposit and your money leaves paypal but doesnt go to global and its been days....i dont get it
