Hello.

Been grinding cash on global since the beginning and got burned out so I'm new to the global SNG scene. Used to grind SNGs 20+ tables at a time on PStars back in the day so not new to SNGs in general.

Just wanted to say one thing.

HOLY ****ING **** ARE THE SNG PLAYERS ON GLOBAL TERRIBLE. MOTHER OF GOD!

Quite the contrary...their poor (in the long) run is the reason you are profitable.

they used to be worse

The 218 is sometimes 5 regs and 1 fish like back in the Stars days. The regs, of course, are all of varied strength.

Six months ago they didn't have the 218 and 160 hyper, and the 109 9 man was often like me, jared, and 7 fish. Now I assume the ecosystem here is closer to Global cash games, i.e., often still supersoft but not always, with the occasional actually fairly tough game. It was bound to happen.

I mean, I've yet to play a remotely tough 9m, but the 6m games are certainly tougher than they were.

What a *****y day yesterday (minus my 1 game that I donk’d off). From these consistently ******ed backdoor flushes , Donks calling AK shove PF with A8 suited and hitting 2nd pair on river, having my pocket pairs re-raised Jam with AJo and hitting in low blinds, and making all the right calls just to land straight on my face lol. Couldn’t hit sh*t. The Variance has been killer lately.

The players are generally bad, but GP has been rewarding these fishies for their crap plays.

Experiencing huge variance in these hyper turbos today, shoving A10 losing to A9, these games can be brutal on your psyche sometimes, had a huge icm implications one game, 3 way, me and this other guy have +1 k chips and the other guy out of the hand has like 200, this idiot that does not understand icm keeps firing on me and bluffing flop and the turn with a 4 high gut shot straight draw, anyways, he ends up getting there on the river and im left with 400 chips and end up busting to him later on, somedays its just not your day.

You probably should have shoved preflop if you had him covered by 400 and shortstack had 200

What a stupid comment, you dont even know what hand i had, why does everyone feel the need to explain how "you shouldve", played a hand when you dont even understand the situation or the hand I had.
