If somebody wanted, they could hire a freelancer to make a program to that would allow them to export the information from a table to a format that was supported by something like pokertracker in real time, which would allow you to essentially use a HUD. The only reason I mention commissioning specifically is because the task, for someone who knows what they're doing, could be done alone in a weekend.
As for hold'em manager, there was a chrome addon that would let you download and export cash game hand historys awhile back, but it couldn't export data in real time. I don't know if it's still functional, but people have been banned for using it. Regardless, this wouldn't work for SNGs, tournaments, or spins, or any non-cash game because global poker doesn't allow you to review hand histories for these games.
