Although I love this site, colluding does seem to be a problem. It’s very odd that more often than not multiple players leave the table at the exact same time.

I play mostly SNGs & MTTs so I don't see it as much, but I am leery of moving up to higher levels due to it.

Ah that makes sense. On cash tables, it happens constantly. Even at the lowest of stakes.

Really not smart in relation to Global's TOS to admit to being a professional.

This happens at most tables online once the fish leaves. Not saying there is or isn't collusion going on. My first thought seeing multiple people up and leave is that the fish left.

I play some of the bigger PLO games on the site, the pool is pretty small and I just got back to global. Most of the games I play recently have been heads up but wasn't aware of any collusion in the 6-max games at the higher stakes, they seem pretty fine to me as far I'm concerned.

I don't understand as to why you are taking this chat out of context. Spork and I were having a discussion on sim work he has done. I was discussing on how I use Visions to study the game, and he informed me that it was not a good tool as it runs 20 nodes per iteration. He then informed me that he runs solvers that run 200 nodes per iteration and that is how he used solvers to improve. Taking something so little out of context can really damage you reputation spork.

His game improved greatly after being coached by a top tier reg and we battled heads up. I ended up winning 8 buy ins, and he shortly blocked me after and is now taking snippets of text chats to discredit me.

Quickly butting in here. I do not comment and I'm sure that will put a dent in my credibility.

I have thousands of hands and years of playing poker with Portemilio in almost every game type. He has offered to help me improve my game and has reviewed hands with me countless times. He has a solid understanding of the game and hasn't quite been able to impress those fundamentals into my game :P Here's to hoping.

Portemilio is not a cheat - and while Spork has not actually accused him of anything, I wanted to throw my two cents in before this devolves into unnecessary between players with a lot of personal history.

I've known Portemilio for a long time, he's been grinding for like 5+ years. I loaned him 1k when we were both grinding low stakes long time ago and he paid it back quickly. As far as I know he's a normal reg that's grinding hu and 6max and has no blemish in his record.

Global Poker, if he's not colluding or using live software, you should unlock his account. You should have very strong proof of that before you go lock an account. As far as I know he's been a fair player.

Me being staked is false. I wouldn't accept a stake for anything less than 2kplo at the moment. I get some coaching, but every penny played is my money. I've said this multiple times as I've already been temp banned for being staked in the past. I also didn't block you because you "won 8bi", at the end of the day that doesn't matter. I think you can figure out why I did and best to not continue to talk about it.

That link shows you use RIO Vision GTO software. I’ve never used it before, but I know PLO mastermind has a preflop helper, and trainer software that could be utilized, particularly for preflop decisions, very easily.

Could it be you are being accused of using similar software while playing, maybe because someone reported you? Are you up a bunch of money now?

Big upswings have been scrutinized and rectified in the past without issue, so if you aren’t cheating I wouldn’t be worried at all.

I gave-up on any cash and higher stakes SNGs many months ago...

It's good enough to play for (mostly) fun at this point -- MTTs and low-states SNGs....

I've lost count how many times I've been burned by On-line poker over the years... at least at B&M I can keep a mental list of you cheaters....

Appreciate this comment. I did have a big upswing this month and ran it up from 50 plo all the way to 1k. This isn't really a surprise I cashed in 1000 and was determined to brm my way up to the higher stakes. I'd say I ran pretty good but I was also crushing the stakes I was playing at. It is possible that I was reported by someone in the community who used to be my friend but ultimately dislikes me now. I did make a lot of money this month, but I am not worried as it is quite blatantly obvious I don't cheat. A lot of regs give me action and they know I do misplay a lot of spots. I'm not a perfect player but I am good at the game I'd say. Hoping to get this resolved soon and get back to playing. I really have nothing to hide and am willing to stream or record gameplay and discuss hands if necessary.

Cheating is definetly an issue in online poker and is very hard to track. I appreciate Global Poker's concern and initiative to locate cheaters; however, being on the bad end of the stick when I have done nothing wrong can be very frustrating. I'm hoping global poker is taking its time to review my hands, which will ultimately lead them to the decision that I in fact was not cheating. Thanks for the comment.

Just wanted to add my thoughts also. I have known portemilio for around 5 years now. I am certain that he would never cheat or collude on your site. He is a very talented poker player and has put alot of study time in order to be one of the best players in his field. He has offered to do a live video of him playing and that should show you everything.

Did a Portemilio write this one? Trying too hard man. If there's nothing wrong with your account then you don't have to create the burner accounts or become a snitch.

I didn't create any of these accounts; these are players I've come to know throughout the years commenting on their experiences with me. You can have a moderator check the IPs but these accusations are just strange.
