Hey 2+2 Community!

I am currently headed to the hospital with my wife who is (hopefully) giving birth to our first child today.

Because of this, I will be out of action over the next few days. I will try and keep an eye on this and assist with issues when I can but I haven't done this parenting thing before so I don't really know how much time I will have!

We have Kimber and another staff member using an admin account who will assist with any account specific stuff. If you need anything please let them know - they will mainly be looking at the cashout and account threads to help players with verification and ensuring cashouts are processed.

If you need me please send a PM and I will look at it when I can. A lot of players have been contacting me via PM lately and it really helps me to ensure their specific issues are resolved. If you are worried that your issue keeps getting missed then please send me a PM and I will do my best to action.

Not able to DM you because I just created my 2+2 acct today, but after 4+ emails to customer support with my verification documents, still no response. Never had these kind of issues when using PayPal to cash out. Can somebody from support please email me back?
