Global poker playing with missing cards Global poker playing with missing cards

12-09-2017 , 11:27 AM
First time playing global poker , Omaha which is 4 cards dealt . I have cards missing only revealing me 2 or 3 cards . I have pictures as well, this occurred more than one hand. I have multiple pictures of this either the board is missing or my hand is missing a card or cards. Not really sure what to think but feel very uneasy playing on here as this was my first trial and deposit $100. I took pictures sent to global customer service no response .

I have played poker for over 10 years online from paradise poker days , ftp, poker stars etc . I wanted to share global experience as I never played and first impression of playing with missing cards was !????:/

I have had a hand or two where the cards didn't show up and I maximized and restored my window and that would make the hand refresh.

With that said support does need to know so I am glad to hear you sent the pictures and emailed them. Likely you won't hear much back from them until after Sunday night as they are based in Australia and it is currently their weekend.

I have been playing here since February and so far its been a pretty decent experience. It has its moments to be sure, and the site isn't perfect, its far from it. But your money is safe, and so far it doesn't seem that anyone is up to anything shady. See you at the tables, my screen name here matches my screen name there.

Glitchy Global has gone way downhill recently. Why do they slash what people like, such as prompt receipt of mail-in $weeps cash, standard structure microstakes tournaments, and the unalienable poker feature to view hand action/tournament hand history, while neglecting to fix glaring site shortcomings and glitches? Answer: they have a monopoly over US poker without competition providing the incentive to improve! Hopefully in the next couple of years more states will legalize online poker and maybe president Trump, who owned casinos and did WSOP promos and personally hosted other poker events, will loosen up the UIGEA laws. Personally, Global Poker is by far the worst poker site I have ever played on, and the employees are manipulative, gaslighting, highly inconsiderate people.

How do they have a monopoly on US poker?? While it is pretty ridiculous to not have hand histories, not sure they qualify as an unalienable feature. Cubeia owns the software and they are the ones that would have to fix the glitches.

Global pays out, let alone right away. If that is by far the worst site you have ever played on, then you must have a very short list. There are a handful of sites right now that are far worse than Global. Every site that doesn't or didn't pay out is, without question, far worse than any site that does. The claim does even make sense.

There are definitely some things that need to be done. Why they have not figured out how to have synchronized breaks is beyond me. It would cost them nothing to have a rep check in here daily, etc...

I never had the missing card thing happen here, but it has happened to me plenty of times on another site. Infuriating when it does happen.
