Answer: they have a monopoly over US poker without competition providing the incentive to improve! Hopefully in the next couple of years more states will legalize online poker and maybe president Trump, who owned casinos and did WSOP promos and personally hosted other poker events, will loosen up the UIGEA laws. Personally, Global Poker is by far the worst poker site I have ever played on, and the employees are manipulative, gaslighting, highly inconsiderate people.

How do they have a monopoly on US poker?? While it is pretty ridiculous to not have hand histories, not sure they qualify as an unalienable feature. Cubeia owns the software and they are the ones that would have to fix the glitches.
Global pays out, let alone right away. If that is by far the worst site you have ever played on, then you must have a very short list. There are a handful of sites right now that are far worse than Global. Every site that doesn't or didn't pay out is, without question, far worse than any site that does. The claim does even make sense.
There are definitely some things that need to be done. Why they have not figured out how to have synchronized breaks is beyond me. It would cost them nothing to have a rep check in here daily, etc...
I never had the missing card thing happen here, but it has happened to me plenty of times on another site. Infuriating when it does happen.
