Considering they're probably the one who got them banned? Yeah I think so. Let us know the next time you see any one of those accounts play on GP?

Global banned a PLO bot ring. Btw rta doesn't exist for plo. There haven't been similar refunds for NL this year.

Does anyone know how to see how many hands you’ve played in a session? I have to think my using a manual counter is sub-optimal but can’t see any method on the site to actually get that number.

Separate but related, my hand histories show only like 20 hands max. Is there a way to get more hands to display? My thought is I could back into the number of hands played that way, but not if I can only see 20 hands total.

Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Hey friends!

I am working on my NLHE game 100-200BB from HU to 9-Max, would be happy to swap insights about weaknesses if we play this month.

I think this is pretty rare for me because typically I have made the mistake to overestimate the value of my privacy and unique thought process but it occurred to me that NLHE is mature enough where individual reflection only gets you so far. The other poker regulars I am in contact with are either LIVE players (no offense but not interested in learning quite that slow) or have no interest in anything but stat-leveraged sites which seem to play so much different/tougher/aggressive that their metagame and studies are way too nuanced and advanced for me to help them or to use to elevate my own poker game.

I think it is best to keep it as a format where we give one another feedback about areas where the other seems unfamiliar then take the effort to improve the weaknesses individually. I am open to other ideas but I want to follow the T&C and protect the ecosystem even as we improve.
My main goal and reason for playing on GP is to have fun while I improve but very willing to put in the work if it will make the game more entertaining once applied.

When the hourly reminder pops up you could quickly open the lobby and look at that table's 'H/Hr' statistic to get a ballpark. What is the reason to track that?

Trying to get a more accurate gauge of my win rate based on number of hands played. I confirmed with support that there is nothing on the site that will provide that info. I know they want to keep the site reg friendly, but giving you the number of hands you have played does not seem to subvert that goal.

I see. Sounds like you are doing some serious thought about your metrics, hope you can get what you are looking for, please let me know what comes of this!

Don’t know him personally. Played against him a lot. Plays a lot, sure, as do many others.

Got it. Do any of you know who Landon Tice’s coach is who plays on Global? His name is Stephen. Landon often credits him for his initial staking as he was climbing the ranks on Global.

No idea. What was LT’s screen name on GP?

I’m not sure what his screen name is on Global. He’s gone by ActionDealer and ItsAllOvaBabys before on other sites.

We’ve been down this road in the past and I realize opinion may be mixed, but I’ll ask again: if you’re going to sit at a table to get it started then please don’t insta-quit when a decent reg joins you. When I start a table the goal isn’t to get the most exploitative match up heads up - it’s to get action going to so others (hopefully fish) will join. I’ll sit with anyone - even if for 5 minutes - to try to get things started, even if that means taking the worst of it. If there is already someone sitting and I don’t want to play them then I simply won’t sit down. Let someone else get pummeled, lol.

This has been happening quite a bit recently and if they’re running from me, then who the heck else will they play? I should be easy pickings for a competent heads up player.

Anyway, again, I do understand there are other perspectives out there but would hope that for the betterment of the games we’d try to not run away from these spots when in reality you won’t need to play HU for more than a few minutes.

Agreed completely. Tables fill quick, especially when there are no open seats. They are less likely to fill if there's two sitting but one reg sitting out, or just a reg sitting alone.
