i have been having the same issue. havent been able to login since the login page has changed. global has been giving me the run around sending me through the same troubleshooting steps over and over. when i try to login it keeps saying YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED AFTER MULTIPLE CONSECUTIVE LOGIN ATTEMPTS. customer service seems to be ignoring me now. if i cant play at the site i at least want my money

Didn't work. More frustrated by the second.

I honestly feel like no one is going to be able to help, support is gone and i'm left in the dark with no way to get to my poker roll. There's no reason whatsoever for support to ignore me. This is complete insanity.

you can withdraw your funds if you have a phone with internet access. or try a different pc/laptop. i would make sure your pc's time is truly correct as that's what resolved the issue for myself and others.

Yeah man, just tried the time issue on two machines, it also does not work from my phone. Same thing happens. I select login with FB and it tries to get me to open a new account.

Been 5 days now, and still can only login on phone. When I try to login on computer I just get redirected to a blank screen with no login option. I've tried everything I have read in this thread and nothing works. Support still isn't answering of course. If anyone has any more ideas please lmk!

Havent been able to access my account for a week and customer service keeps directing me to the helpdesk which i have a long ongoing ticket with. Please fix my account!!! This is absurd!!

Heard back this morning and now the rep was blaming it on Facebook API rather than their own problem. No idea how/when we’ll be able to get back on

Listen, i'd love it if they just helped me setup the email and password login. I hit forgot password and nothing comes. Coming up with ideas to get attention here. I guess i'll start a thread asking for Kimbr's attention to start.

That’s what I’ve asked for twice in my last two replies and they just Ignore the idea. Or just let me make a new account and transfer the cash from my current one into the new one. Problem is I have a new rep replying every time so there’s no consistent thread/convo

Have been locked out of my account for over a week now. Login using the new portal and was redirected to a blank screen

Changed my time zone on Date/Time Settings for an entirely unrelated issue and can now access the site and play poker again.

I have been having the same problems as you guys, 3 unanswered follow ups at this point in 8+ days. Account was frozen a few days ago because of this login BS issue and my funds are inaccessible. It almost feels like a class action lawsuit at some point, because this is a legitimate business making real money.

Update on me: I'm finally in. The main support specialist that helped me was 'Isobel'. It took a lot of back and forth but we ended up creating a manual login for me and I no longer login with Facebook.

Nice, good to hear MothersMilk.

I'm having the same issue basically. I've only been playing for a few months but never with any issues until today. Basically on my chrome browser, using windows 7, I go through the login screen and it just brings up a blank black screen and the page never loads at all. I emailed them but haven't heard back.

Tried to synch my clock/time/date settings to the internet, didnt seem to help. Also tried clearing all my browser data, to no avail.

Anyone else have any ideas? Appreciate it in advance.

Using Chrome (tried firefox too, same problem) - Windows 7 - SOURSAUSAGE is the username

Jesus christ, tried the synching the time/clock thing - did NOT work.

BUT THEN, googled my current global time according to google and my clock was ONE minute off - I changed it manually (without synching) and closed all my tabs/browsers.

Restarted and bang, she loaded right up. LMFAO. Happy and pissed at the same time.

For blank screen and/or missing login screen or register screen on various mobile browsers:

updating Chrome in the App Store worked for me. I had factory reset the Android mobile phone.

my account is still blocked after 16 days with this issue so i cannot even attempt to login, they have thousands of dollars of mine
