I just sent over a screenshot of the error message to global.... waiting for a response from them...

Got this from Global this morning but it's still not working.

I have done everything on my side to try to fix this issue, I’ve even changed the password on my Facebook account, made sure all other computers were logged
off of account. I’m very irritated that I’ve been asked for a screenshot of the error screen instead of me being told this issue was being worked on and to be patient. I’m suppose to play live event on the 17th and “representing” global, but it’s quite an issue to “represent” a site that I can’t even log into.

i just sent another message to support and got this within minutes

Yeah dude I’d just keep things professional with them even though it is irritating, it’s not like a withdraw vanished in thin air and you weren’t getting a response (which has happened on other sites) so things could be worse...

I still can't log in, or even access a log in screen.

Is it Global's intention to permanently block safari?
If so, that's going to lock out a lot of their recreational players.

Have you tried clearing your history /cookies , mine was doing that, but
know I’m at where I get an error message when it loads

I'm completely unable to login and play on my computer. I've tried clearing cache/cookies, different browsers, and updating Java/Flash. After the login screen I'm just stuck at the blurry background. I can login and play just fine on my phone though.

Hey Kimber.. so i tried emailing global and they took over 36 hrs to respond the first time and didnt really help at all.. is there anyway u could help me with my account? The other day i tried to log on and it didnt work and said to contact global then i was reading on the site and it said to go into fb and delete global off there and try again.. so i did and now it goes to screen to create a new account which i didnt do.. and ive been waiting for global to help.me but never responds to my emails.. is there ne way u could message me and help me or something thanks!!!

well considering i can log in on my phone, i don't think that's the case. this is absolutely ridiculous. global rep pops his head in for a hot minute and then vanishes.

i've done everything they have suggested i do and i still can't log in on my desktop. and now there is no word from them. unbelievable.....

it is completely unacceptable. between the their customer service, the rake, playthrough bs, no rewards, withdrawal wait times, I am about ready to take my money off and never look back

+1. Absolutely inexcusable by Global. They are lucky they cater to a broken US online poker economy or they would have gone under long, long ago.

OMG I just figured it out for myself!!!! Such an easy fix, would of been super nice with instructions! Basically you need to go to Facebook desktop, go to settings, then apps and websites, find global poker app on list,
Remove global poker app. Delete your browsers cookies and close out of your browser. Open it back up and try and log in.

If anyone is still having trouble send me a PM but most of use need to delete Facebook and browser cookies and it should work.
