I tried there and now I’m getting welcome emails like I’ve created a new account under the same email I used? I’m very confused

Hello,
Some players have reported being redirected to the URL login.auth.poker when trying to access Global Poker.

Earlier today, as part of our continuous efforts to increase the level of security that we provide to our customers, we implemented some changes to our log-in process. We can confirm that login.auth.poker is a legitimate URL owned and operated by our company for this purpose and that there is no risk to your personal details.

If you are still unable to access your account after re-typing your log-in credentials, please comment your Global Poker username, the device and the browser that you're using as well as the error message.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and wish you all the best at the tables.

Username: Croosy I’ve been trying mobile throughout the day, IOS 13.1 , I get a blank screen on mobile, when I try to log in on Mac it says error, contact support@globalpoker.com

Username fromchmm. Same issue as zagerbomb. I tried to login using Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer and getting the blank screen. My OS is Windows 7.

Same issue. I use the login thru Facebook method and instead of logging me in, it just brings me to the page as if I'm signing up as a new user. Username is bwsnc1991 and I'm using Chrome. Have tried clearing my cache/cookies and nothing has worked.

I can't get in either. What is the new login link? When I google "Global Poker" it takes me to the home page, then when I click "login" it takes me to the old login page that just puts up a background, but no login.

When i tried to log in yesterday it would direct me to the registration page. Out of frustration, I created a new screen name. I can log in fine now, but now i cant access my original screen name. I have submitted a request to global but no solution yet. Am I able to recover my original screen name?

I don't know bro, seems like there's a lot of people that are playing. I think this is an issue where the facebook 'email' is not matching with the account email, which is not good for people who login through facebook.

it has nothing to do with "facebook email". i dont use facebook and its been ****ed up for me for 4 days and no response from global. when things that are working get changed and then dont work...pisses me off to no end

Starting about 24 hours ago...Can log in fine on mobile. But when I try on Chrome and Firefox on a desktop, I click the login button and I just go to a screen with poker chips in the background and nothing pops up for me to login. Tweeted to them and have sent an email and nothing yet.

Able to login via Chrome on mobile but not on Desktop PC.
