I finally got my issue fixed changed from Facebook login to manual. I will say that the customer support throughout that process was beyond horrendous. Makes me not want to play anymore just for that reason alone.

3 weeks and mine still isn't. Just checked it at the zendesk thing, and the idiots have it closed and marked it as solved lolz. Had to start a new thread. Last email I got from em said they were forwarding the issue to the "relevant department." Literally the worst customer support on the planet

Only been playing on the site for a few weeks and have been using Facebook login from the start. Randomly this evening I get a box popping up that says, an error has occurred contact Support@GlobalPoker.com with no other info/detail

Anyone else run into this lately?

The earlier posts in this thread don't give me much comfort

I cant seem to login to my global poker account. After I hit the login button it just stays on the login screen with a "trying to reconnect" text. Has this happened to any one else? Any suggestions?

I finally managed to log in after about half an hour, but it looks like lots of people were having trouble: Only 146 signed up for the 8 pm SC freeroll when there's usually over 700.

thanks for the reply. I hope i can login soon, I preregistered to the all the daily hundos and cant unregister if i cant log in. =(

same problem here in LA ... at least the last hour its now 6pm here, tried at least 10 times 2 different computers and different browsers and just ... stays on the login screen with a "trying to reconnect" text.
