I got a message from Global poker saying they had leaked certain account info of mine. And shut down my account. This was 17 days ago. Over that time they hardly respond to any messages. DM'd global on twitter they said they'd have somebody contact me. Nobody did.

I'm in the Global Poker discord where there are a bunch of people within the company that could pass along the info I've shared with them and have someone actually respond to my emails, but they do not care.

I've received a total of 4 emails from them.

17 days ago with the original email
14 days ago which sent the same thing (I had already completed all the steps and verified when they did this)
10 days ago saying they will forward this to a relevant department for review
6 days ago saying sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and an update will be communicated with me soon


So not only do they leak my bank info they lock my account and aren't doing anything about it.

Damn this is brutal. Sorry you're dealing with this. No excuse for this at all.

Double check that link and make sure it is actually Global Poker. This looks fishy!

Someone may be training to get you to give them your credit card and/or bank account info.

It is Global. This was one of my initial thoughts as well, but you can actually view all of your conversations with Global on their site so I checked that to make sure it wasn't some email scam.

Messaged them (again) Sunday and finally got a response today..... and the response is the same copy and paste as last time

"We have forwarded your concern to our relevant team and your account is being handled."


Just ridiculous.

-Account is closed because of them leaking my info
-I do everything they ask to re confirm my identity
-Account still locked



Messaged back asking what more needs to be done. I really just want communication from them. This is a pretty special case, I feel like getting actual responses and not copy paste BS isn't too much to ask for...

Just had someone from global say I threatened them in my thread when it didn’t happen so this doesn’t surprise me.

I'll make sure this gets looked at ASAP.

I understand you guys don't want things like this to happen either. Not really upset about potential info leak or the temp suspension until it gets situated. But very upset about how long it has taken to re-confirm my identity and even more angry about the lack of contact/updates from CS.

Any update? It's now been a month since this has started this is ****ing ridiculous. Global leaked my info and now have kept me locked out. I've been more than nice enough for as long as this BS has been going on but I'm done with that. I want my god damn account opened back up. It's locked literally because you guys leaked my info and need me to re verify my identity which I did A MONTH AGO

Can I get some damn answers?
