Noticed this as well and I think it has been mentioned by other people. Annoying when I sit out on my big blind, leave the table and then randomly the table reopens and I've posted my bb. These disconnects and other bugs should be being worked on 24/7 by Global as they are costing and probably pushing away some of their player base. Showing signs of being the next Bovada/Ignition with some of the bugs.

Some small stuff that annoys me when multi-tabling:
-If I accidentally click the red x in the top right corner, the window closes. Could you add a pop-up asking if you want to leave, like when you click the "leave" button?

-When I misclick and hit the "fold" button a pop-up gives you the option "fold" and "cancel" can "cancel" be changed to "check"?

How about instead, when there's no bet, don't even show the fold button, and have a "fold to any bet" box that you can check or uncheck, that stays active the entire hand.

I noticed that you can now click on a name and add notes, even after they've folded a hand. Thanks Global!

Having a problem with sng's

Using Chrome
when the sng fills, the button to go to the table doesn't do anything
I have to click the "table" tab and go from there

Not a HUGE deal but I'd love to see some heads up poker tournaments.

Auto top up never tops me up on the next hand. I have to wait at least 2 hands before it kicks in. Seeing as how I'm most likely to need that feature after losing a big hand and I'm already in a foul mood, it's pretty annoying to not have it work right away.

Also, I'd appreciate a 'sit out next blind' option.

Two things:

1. Turn the text of a table RED if its a table I'm already sitting at, so that I know when I'm scrolling through the list.

2. When I open a table and join it, then click back to the Lobby tab to find another table, it auto scrolls back to the top, and each time I have to re-scroll down and find my preferred limits again.

3. Or just ya know make a filter for the cash game listings.

"No More Blinds" does just that.

So now when I cash out now, I get a total of 3 emails.

- Initial cashout received confirmation.
- A confirmation of the approval.
- Some auto reply thanking me for contacting customer support.

This isnt necessary. Just send 1 email saying the cashout is approved.

Can we get some sort of loyalty program going for those of us putting in major volume or big amounts of $? Lol. Or be able to use our gold coins for merchandise or something other than tournament entries? I'd love to rock that global poker tshirt they're hiding from us.

a store for points is a maybe good idea for gear. Not a loyalty program where points can be exchanged for cash or tournament tickets. Game profit and positive experience should be enough of a reward. Tshirts are cool, rakeback or any similar programs are not

Yea I know we are all used to the '00s style of rewards programs and rakeback and stuff but we have to remember that we are playing under different guidelines per the type of setup this site is and the trade off for fully legal online poker with such easy deposit/withdrawal is going to come with certain trade offs.

That being said I agree with many of the software improvement suggestions being posted

MORE BET SIZE OPTIONS!!!!

I actually want to play good poker haha, I usually don't 3x the button.

make some customizable bet sizes. Such as 3BB, 2.5BB, and pot %.

Also I'd be happier to battle regs with proper heads up rake structure

not having auto top-up below 100bb is pretty ridiculous

i'd like to see 4-max offered at all stakes as well.

Tournament hand histories, we need tournament hand histories.

There has to be a way that you can provide us HH without you having to allow HUDs or Tracking software.

If we could have a list with url links, that would be a start. Trying to copy and paste into Notepad each hand is quite a task, especially since the Share link doesn't stay active for very long.

I'm against HUDs, but we all like to study our hands for improvement.

Please do this.

I see that PayPal is no longer charging a fee on withdrawal transactions. Is it possible to get past fees reimbursed, or where they sent from outside the U.S. and subject to fees due to that fact?

Paypal is still charging the fees. It is just Global that is paying the fees. They do the math before hand and increase the amount they pay in order to hit the number you asked for in your cashout, or maybe Paypal has a feature that takes care of that, not sure. With that said, the PayPal fees really haven't disappeared, even though we don't see them coming from our cash outs.

Other transactions between people are done as a "friend transfer" or "gift" or something like that to avoid PayPal fees when say you buy something off of criagslist.

But when a business like Global starts getting the volume they are getting, there is no way PayPal will be like "Yep, just a bunch of gifts, no fees" PayPal is a business, they are in it to make money, as it turns out.

As far as a "refund" I wouldn't mind that at all, but I also don't think it is going to happen.
