It would be nice to have an info tab or window on each table with the stakes and tournament type. Too easy to get confused playing multiple stakes of SNGs/MTT's mixed in.

The Brawl series is really great. I play in them every day. It would be classy if tables combined with 10 players remaining.

There's no reason to not be transparent with this info. If people aren't getting banned, that's relevant info the players should know. If money isn't being returned to players who've been cheated, that's relevant info the players should know. If your team is diligent on catching cheaters and making cheated players whole, that can only help draw in players who are on the fence.

This! Why I have I played millions of hands on the site but never received a refund from bots or other forbidden software being used??

Option 1: You aren't actually finding people that are doing this.

Option 2: You are finding these players but you are not refunding the players who are affected by this.

For the love of god increase the late reg to level 12 so the gtds aren't so pathetic nobody wants to play 4 hrs+ when you can hardly win any money on mtts

no way, please leave late registration to 1 hour maximum, the inflated late reg on every other site is unbelievably ridiculous

So much this, I tried out ACR for just a day and literally the first tournament I entered literally put me in with a 2 BB stack and on a new table vs. another 2 BB stack.

If anyone from GP reads this, it would be so nice to have BB viewer for the games (as opposed to just chips/cash #'s)

IDK how true this is, but I feel like GP could capture a lot of mtt players from the other american facing sites if they would increase the guarantees.

I find it really weird you can register a tournament, and then when you go back to the main lobby, there's no indication that you actually are registered for that tournament

Yes. You can exclude from casino games only abs leave poker games unaffected. You don’t need to email support, you can do it on-site.

Can we get more transparent on when bots/cheaters get banned or refunds go out? Would be nice to know security is getting done instead of reading random tweets and posts on here from the ones who receive them.

+1 Play less table if you need the timebank that much. Recs who plays 1 table do not like you to tank every decision.

+1. I've seen many recs leave cash games because the pace is too slow for them. Don't mess with the timebanks.

Forgive me guys, if I knew the correct decision to every big turn/river spot I would make my decisions instantly. Unfortunately, I am not as great of a poker player as you 3 so I use the 30s timebank (or whatever it is) and then am left without any time to think for future big spots. I agree with the "people who timebank every decision is annoying" for what it's worth.

ha i sorta agree with sitngoat, like these abhorrent players need to be coddled in order for them to keep losing is a bit of a stretch. they're adults who want to gamble and me calling them an ape in chat isnt gonna make them have a revelation that they should maybe give chinese checkers a try instead.
