I just realized, that if you triy to multi table 4 tables or more, then when the new table pops up you can very easily click a random button on a random table because ALL of the tables shift position instead of simply adding the new one in the blank space. This may prove to be a deal breaker for me.

does your timebank automatically get enabled/used? is there a way to make it so you get that extra time automatically?

if you have chips in the pot it will auto enable so MTTs since the antes start at level 1 will auto enable cash games it wont auto enable and early level sngs it wont auto enable unless in the blinds.

What about adding rakeback or increasing daily login and deposit bonuses?

I think the daily login bonuses are a good start but global would see a lot more player retention if it had some 100 SC bonus at the end of 30 day streak and something like 50 SC at the end of week (as long as the player hit some number of flops).

Definitely like the rake back idea. I would also like to see rake races, that would no doubt increase play and reward the most frequent players the most.

They had a rake race...it did not go well according to the posts on here.

New felt suggestions:

1) I can't tile more than 4 tables conveniently (i.e., without them being tiny and not usable) on a 32 inch monitor. It's easy with the old felt.

2) There's no option that I can find to block the chat of specific players on the new felt like there is on the old felt.

literally cant see the cards/bet amounts on the new felt. not to mention cant even bet unique amounts for bet sizes

I know its been touched on many times, but the CS reps really need better training. I emailed a question a couple days ago that I was 99% sure I knew the answer for but wanted clarification. I had a $110 ticket from the Rattlesnake series left over that was set to expire tonight and I wasnt able to register any of the $110s with it between then and know. I emailed to confirm it would be converted to a regular $110 ticket and not just expire never to be used. The rep emailed me back quickly which is nice but the response was just a basic prefilled answer basically saying that they arent able to swap out or convert tickets. The ticket was converted this morning just like I thought.

The rep didnt understand my question and instead of getting an answer, she replied with whatever preset response fit best and pressed send. To me, thats more aggravating than having to wait longer than usual for response.

That’s probably because the buyin is 0 and the bounty is separate. If you look at sharkscope it’s showing these tournaments as only the rake.
