Does anyone else have major problems with Global on Firefox browser?

I downloaded Opera solely because Global and Firefox didn't get along and I hate Chrome.

Disconnections as of late have been frustrating. Have been a fanboy of Global for nearly 2 years and have dealt with various glitches with a grin but when you can't even play... Hope it's resolved for the beginning of the upcoming series. Brutal.

Very brutal. Sites messed up right now for everyone I think. This happens way too often it's beyond frustrating.

You can wish in one hand and **** in the other and see which one fills up first. This site is a joke. Don't even have the proper infrastructure to run a 3k player freeroll.

Does the entire site go down or just people that were in the freeroll?

i was in the freeroll and another one....think the freeroll overloaded them be my guess

I emailed support@globalpoker.com bc I have an issue and I get an immediate response which is this:

Listen, I don't have ****ing time for dumb **** like this. Customer support should be very simple. You have live support with people who aren't dumb and can think critically and/or you have an email address I can send inquiries to and you have a team of non morons who answer them as quickly and effectively as possible. That's it. If you're gonna send me an immediate response, canned reply, then just simply acknowledge you received my inquiry. I don't need all this other noise...

I'm not going to a web page to click on a link to lead me to some place where apparently I have to log in with different credentials than I do to play poker on Global. Nobody feels like dealing with any of that ****. Ain't nobody got time for that!

People don't email support questions that the FAQ solves. They email them for questions the FAQ doesn't solve. You don't need to tell us you have an FAQ...

I don't know what happened to this site over the past month or two, but ever since they started screwing around with their "new felt" and surge games, I have been having nothing but problems with glitches everywhere, seemingly once or twice every week. I'm almost fed up with this nonsense. I'd have completely moved my business elsewhere by now if I wasn't actually making a profit on this site

For the love of the poker gods, please clean up your act, Global!

Stop pushing the new felt on me. It's horrible. The current one is great, but you could replace the 1/2 button with a 1/3 or 1/4.

Please add an $11 Reg Speed 9 man SNG to the lobby.

The gap from $6 to $22 is too wide.

The popularity of the $6 Maggie's in comparison to the $22 Sonia's is HUGE.

All I want is industry standard synchronized breaks, a lobby button, and a check/fold action button that appears after I initially check. Oh yeah, how great would it be if tables popped to front when its your turn.

everytime I get moved to a new mtt table my table just closes and I have to manually re open my new table. the software can't really be this bad?
