9PM Pacific time. Would be great to play a poker tournament. Global poker thinks so few people live on the west coast that they only offer $3 and $5 tournaments with crap structures for the rest of the night. How about create the demand with a decent $10 deep stack with a 500 guarantee or something that would appeal to most players? If you do not think you can get 50 players at 9PM on the west coast I do not know what world you are living in. Or is it just you want to force everyone to high rake cash games?

It seems like if you register for a tourney well in advance you cant unreg it after a while. I forgot I bought into 5k bonanza and went to reg it but couldnt because already in but it wont let me unreg if I wanted to.

Synch breaks attract better regs. I'm fine missing a couple of hands here and there (and really you miss zero hands of consequence because the time bank auto kicks in with antes) if it keeps the pools super rec'y.

Well, Here are my suggestions for improvement.. This is coming from a sorta new player & big fish that tried global poker for the 2nd time over my weekend. This is what I learned from losing over a thousand usd playing mostly tournaments/satellites.

Multi windows need to be better interface. We should be able to resize and adjust it accordingly. The default multi sized window for 1 screen is unplayable.

Leaving a table/room is not working properly? Seems like you need to sitout for X amount of minutes to get auto booted. If you just "leave" the table in the top right with leave button, you are still on table.

There should be a place to check your current active tables stats instead of us having to go manually find it. This gets extra confusing when you have many satellites with similar names and when you have multiple tables, its hard to tell apart which table is which. Especially with the lack of customization for us. We cannot see current tables info easily nor can we rename the window tab or adjust the sizing.

Ring games are WEAK&SLOW compared to others. Suggest adding incentives to give back, rakeback bonus, bad beat jackpot(must see flop and be in) to quality, high hand jackpots, etc.

Register/Unregistering is buggy. Seems like different users having different problems. Long story short, can't unregister at times.

A tab or something to see a list of your registered tournaments and to easily unregister for it.

Add-on / Rebuy buttons and letting you know how many you have left.

Tournament structure needs work.

Countdown on "Break" timer.

Add WSOP series/satellites? Everyone's dream is to get a shot at the big tournaments but can't afford the expenses for the trip, yet alone buy-in of main tournament.

Do I have to say incentives again? Signup BONUS and deposit match is basic. Why would I be a fish on your app when I can be a fish elsewhere and get back?

You can resize the tables as large or small as you'd like. You first have to go into your settings and turn on "Open tables in a new window".


I agree, the easiest workaround is to just leave the lobby open after you reg and just remember the order of the lobbies.

A lot of your other suggestions can go along with this one: they aren't trying to target the type of people who care about this. They are targeting the facebook type players who just want to play a little poker and go about their day. That's what makes the site so profitable.

Also, a lot of satellite tickets are for the same day tournament which is fine but the structure is so bad, most of them, by the time it ends, your seat into the tournament is already started.

And the fact that you have to exit out of your table to get to see tournament info/payouts is-and I don't think im exaggerating-the 2nd worse thing on any poker site I've ever played on.

The worst is the playability of multiple tables at the same thing. Who made the decision that when you get moved to a new table in tournament A, that tables B, C, D, and E all shift to a different spot on the screen? It's just...bad

Synchronized breaks are a must imo, nothing worse than literally not being able to stand up from your desk for multiples hours because no tournaments go on break at the same time, please help out your MTT players.

Why did you get rid of the in game captcha? It doesn't seem like there are bots playing 200NL+ anymore cause of how small the player pool has gotten. I'll grind 100 and 50NL during non peak hours and its just suspicious seeing 4-5 new "reg" accounts pop up from time to time. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

Dear Global, can we have more table color choices? Just had a nice Blue felt table in a jackpot sit n go, it can't be that hard to add a blue table to the choices right ?

This is one of the reasons I refuse to play another hand here. Cash and jackpots, the losses with overwhelming equity are just constant and the illegitimacy of the site is beyond obvious. Nothing I can do but just not play here now.

To this very minute they have not responded to me again despite the fact that I have jumped through every hoop they've thrown out there. Once all of that was completed, they just stopped responding. Definitely don't deposit here until they start verifying new accounts. We all know where this is going. They won't even take new deposits.

Perma ban CTB123 from PLO if you want to say in your ToS this is a place for non pro-players. Otherwise this lingo is meaningless.

Can't even find a game in low/midstakes PLO without him sucking the ecosystem dry. I'm sure all of you pros out there will have an argument against, but as a fun-player this dude makes it not fun.

The tile/cascade buttons in the "Pro Mode" windows block the players name/stack size in the top left corner
