Yeah the main page works but as soon as you try to log in it freezes. Sucks too because the cash games were good.

Does anyone else have a problem with "declined entry bets" when playing multiple cash tables?

That happens to me often when the site volume is high. I couldn't even open 3 tables before it started doing it just before the site went offline

So 10 minutes later I'm able to get back on only to find out the SNGs were still going and a few of the players (not all) were still sitting in and playing, and most others have been blinded out, or all but, in that short time.

I don't suppose we'll be seeing refunds for this?

So what, I have to unregister for the $750 guarantee that I was about to play in 5min until they agree to refund two SNG entries, which they probably won't do in the first place? I did take screenshots on two different computers of the blank browser page that was all I could see when I tried to sign back in during that time. But I really shouldn't have to chase them down for something like this with such obvious widespread affect.

Also missing money from all the cash tables that crashed. Pretty disconcerting. Do we need to submit support tickets or is this going to be taken care of automatically?

Not sure what you mean by "cashes during the crash". Are you saying you were able come back in after the crash and cash in SNGs that were in progress during, but weren't cancelled due to, said crash?

Because if so, and if they are withholding that money, that's a good sign for players like me who were kicked out during the incident and blinded out before being able to rejoin. I reported it and asked for a refund based on their standard tourney cancellation policy, which should go by stack sizes/prize pool at the time of the crash, so hopefully that's how they handle it.

This happened maybe 6 months ago and it took a few hours or more to get accounts updated from cash games. Not sure how they handled running sngs/tournies.

ouch..

I am missing a mere 10.80 from a SNG i won. I tried to log out then back in to see if it fixed and was unable to login for a period of time.
The SNG doesn't appear on my Sscope, like it never happened.
