why is there a $750 "gold coins only" package? better question: has it ever (accidentally) been purchased?!

My guess is it's a regulatory thing, have to have one with no SC available maybe.

There used to be a $75 gc only package, I've seen posts about it being purchased by accident and players asking for it to be converted to $50+$20 with SC bonus. I also saw a post about somebody buying the $750 gc only package within the last couple weeks and asking for help from a mod and thats the last I saw of it.

Agreed with big, I think it is for regulatory reasons as well. And for sure it has been purchased on accident. So far Global support has been willing to do a refund to those that ask. But they tend to say, "This is a one time thing"

They've seemed to make a lot of improvement fixing the lags, disconnects and black screens recently. So it does seem like they are making some changes behind the scenes. However, their level of interaction and acknowledgement of this thread has gone way down to where players are left wondering if any of their concerns are actually being considered. It's a shame because there have been a lot of great suggestions in this thread that would make the experience better at Global.

I'm not positive but it appears the software is used on other networks as well as its called "cubix" or something like that? It shows at load screen when logging in. I looked it up a while ago and seemed like it was just a software they possible license use of? If that's the case, they're likely very limited in what they can fix etc and have to relay the suggestions along.

How the hell have they not fixed the bug where if you click FOLD or LEAVE and then click "Cancel" to the pop-up, it RANDOMLY closes one of your other tables.

I was under the impression that they had fixed it. I haven't had it happen to me for several weeks after it being an everyday occurrence.

We have implemented several of the suggestions listed ITT

Please be aware though that it isn't necessarily a quick thing to make changes like this.

As has been mentioned previously not everything is in our control but we are working towards increasing the number of things we have control over.

Secondly we have to balance the use of resources we have with the importance of different changes. We have a pretty significant lag/disconnect issue over the past couple of weeks so as a company we decided that it was definitely better to focus on fixing that as opposed to aesthetic/product changes.

I cannot commit to every single suggestion being implemented but what I can commit to is the fact that they are all read, all discussed and all considered by the team here.

well, thanks for actually commenting, but many of the changes being suggested aren't things that a rational player would consider "optional". for example, if you can put one tick box in the software for something, you should be able to put another one right there to accomplish another related thing, right?

I received a survey today. Assuming others did as well. Would suggest putting together the suggestions in this thread and putting those you feel important in your reply.

Is there anything happening with the hand history viewer? The current interface leaves a lot to be desired. It would be nice to sort/filter hands to they can be reviewed more easily. Can we just use your web API to build our own?

im back on but i cant find my tournament, doesnt say "Running" in the lobby, and i didnt get credited any $$ for my cash, i was already GTD $25.53 for an at worst 6th place finish.
