Just so you guys know you've started to have a "short stacker" problem. This hurt stars SO BAD back in the day.

Basically guys buy in min/leave when they double, but unlike the average short stacker (who sucks, gambles it up, and are good for the game) they play a VERY nitty push/fold strategy, and they're not fun to play against. (they also mass table and slow the games down tremendously).

Ideally you'd change your site settings, so maybe people who buy in short can only play 1-2 tables or something like that. That way the fish short stackers who will vomit their stack off with crazy hands can still play, while the UNFUN mass tabling regs can't play enough tables to make it worth their while.

Ignoring this problem massively hurt stars and ACR. Hopefully you guys don't make the same mistake.

1. Tourney lobbies for all the tourneys you played yesterday appear when you login the next day.

2. When action folds to the SB, who is all in for less, the BB should not have any options. As it is, he has the option to fold, which allows possible collusion in tournaments. This happened yesterday.

If you go to Profile, there is "Hand History" Replayer. Its actually pretty advanced, but only works for Cash games, not MTTs/SNGs

filter for micro, small, mid and high stake, so I do not have to see the stakes i do not play.

What they're asking for is the ability to quickly access the last hand from the table. Going to the HH works but is clunky if all you want to see is what just happened.

Just click the share hand button after the hand is over and it'll pop up in your browser.


Also, pretty interesting that if two people go out in the same hand it's considered a tie instead of whoever having the bigger chip stack placing above the other.

how can this thread only be 5 pages?!

my experience thus far: joined, deposited $10, ran it to $50, cashed out to test. it went great, so that's a huge plus. deposited $5000. asked support if that deposit has any restrictions, and they answered that the $5100 you receive has a 1x play thru, however there is no way to track this except for contacting support.

the site is close to unplayable, but it is still playable...barely. why is there no client? why are there no filters for finding tables in lobby (except for "hide full tables")? why are there no waiting lists? when I resize my tables to very small (I 12 table), the tile buttons cover the chip amount of one of the players, so if I'm in a hand with this player I have no idea what their stack size is, unless I resize the table. speaking of, the resizing is utterly terrible. tiling works fairly well though. there are a myriad of other things. why don't they have a client? did I already ask that?

I guess bottom line, the fish make up for it all. oh, and the cashouts/paypal/legal status. props to GLOBAL for putting this together, but you have a looooong way to go.

edit: reading over some of the posts here, I wonder if ppl are having problems due to using EDGE browser? running the site on edge just plain doesn't work, however chrome works much better.

an additional wish: get the balances to update instantly. currently when you leave a table, it takes forever to update.

re edit lol: what about a "sit out" button?! what about wait for bb? resized tables are buggy and sometimes have the bottom part blacked out.

maybe they have to do it for regulatory compliance? if so, then whatever; whoever made that rule is a fool. if not, delete this "feature".

anyone else disconnected? I was only 1 tabling and got disconnected, when I reload the website it says "you have been disconnected, trying to reconnect"

It's been said that this has to be there for some kind of compliance yes.

you need a "sit out next bb" button, instead of "sit out next hand" (or include them both).

How does this 1X playthrough work?

There's a "no more blinds" button in the Gameplay menu, just make sure not to hit it when you're in the BB.

I'm 99% certain, having spoken with support multiple times, that $5100 total must be WAGERED on the site prior to your w/d. this is nothing. for reference, I have 6 tabled 200nl fr for about 4 hours, and basically accomplished this (specifics may not be exact, but I do know I have done it in 2 sessions; just not sure the number of total hours).

ive also asked support if there are ANY limitations to depositing again with this option. they said no. I avoided asking specifically about a w/d and then re-deposit, but it appears that they don't really care. I also read somewhere, possibly this forum, that the $5100 deposit option was only available until the 10th of September, however support said "they change options often, so just check the deposit page".

It's in the dealer message/chat window. That's where the automuck options are too if for some reason you want them.

That $100 bonus is tempting but I'm not sure how happy my credit card is going to be with me dropping $5k on Paypal. Edit: yeah, it declined. Edit 2: After jumping through some fraud protection hoops but it eventually worked. Thanks MAHPs, I would never have noticed this.

Yeah they have been for at least a few weeks now. It's amazing

at the size of the tables I'm running, which is 6 per monitor, the chat box and all options there is greyed out. I just really really cannot comprehend that they don't have a client. also, that what they do have is at such a rudimentary level. it is possible that it keeps "the pros" off the site (doubt it) tho.

Not sure if getting rid of them is a good thing. You guys all complain about it, but all I see them do is lose money.
