I pretty much think every customer service department in the universe is programmed to say that it is operator error on some level. It is cheaper and less frustrating than to try and find out what the root issue is. I sent SharkScope a total run of one of my accounts and they STILL declare that their stats are correct, even after a screenshot of the chat window with customer service depicting my two deposit amounts and current account value...time-stamped. Magically enough, SharkScope has found that not only am I not on the plus side, but I have lost more money than I deposited.
I cannot imagine what a screen shot will do to help the 'tech dept' figure out what the problem is. The logs would help, but since they are not saved to your computer or browser...."clear your cache, delete your cookies, and restart the browser" is the mantra. In Global's defense, to an extent, they do not own the software and would have to go through Cubeia for any changes or real assessment. It may even be worth an email to them directly to see if they have any idea.
It would seem that if buttons aren't there or correct that it is a programming issue, in part anyway. If the buttons are appearing and reappearing, maybe it somehow violates permissions or something on the computer's security setup since it sends info down to the computer and is looking for a reply in return. At least that makes more sense than clearing your cookies because of an incorrect button appearing....or not.
