I've never had this happen on Global, but I have had it happen on WPN, more than once. I posted a screenshot that showed no buttons at all for me.

Never seen this either. To be fair, if they refunded you without any evidence then everyone and their mom could do the same thing. It sucks, but nothing you can really do at this point.

Seems like it is probably more related to computer antivirus, firewall, security kind of thing. Same issue, different network, and downloaded console.

I dont understand how my system would have the problem being that global introduces the rebuy at the time it desires. How would my system do that?

Its not that the button wasnt there. Its that the rebuy button was on top of it or replaced it.
so it was

"fold" "rebuy" "raise"

instead of

"fold" "call" "raise"

very frustrating to say the least.

I pretty much think every customer service department in the universe is programmed to say that it is operator error on some level. It is cheaper and less frustrating than to try and find out what the root issue is. I sent SharkScope a total run of one of my accounts and they STILL declare that their stats are correct, even after a screenshot of the chat window with customer service depicting my two deposit amounts and current account value...time-stamped. Magically enough, SharkScope has found that not only am I not on the plus side, but I have lost more money than I deposited.

I cannot imagine what a screen shot will do to help the 'tech dept' figure out what the problem is. The logs would help, but since they are not saved to your computer or browser...."clear your cache, delete your cookies, and restart the browser" is the mantra. In Global's defense, to an extent, they do not own the software and would have to go through Cubeia for any changes or real assessment. It may even be worth an email to them directly to see if they have any idea.

It would seem that if buttons aren't there or correct that it is a programming issue, in part anyway. If the buttons are appearing and reappearing, maybe it somehow violates permissions or something on the computer's security setup since it sends info down to the computer and is looking for a reply in return. At least that makes more sense than clearing your cookies because of an incorrect button appearing....or not.

It would be nice to have the total amount of rebuys and add-ons that all players cumulatively took in the tournament lobby.

+1 and I would like to see if players at a table have any rebuys left to use in the non-unlimited rebuy games.

I know I said it already in thread, but it's kind of absurd that there's no 5/10 level

Tournament Payouts are too top heavy..a more flattened pay structure will appeal to more people, especially the rec players you are seeking.

Please continue to not allow late registration for MTT's..this is one of the best aspects of Global Poker, and one of the reason I left Bovada/Ignition to play at Global Poker..

How do you find the sweepscash, cash games? All I'm seeing are the gold coin cash games which is basically play money right?

The upper right hand side of the screen are two buttons, Gold Coins and SweepsCash, click the SweepsCash and then the games in the lobby will reflect them.

Anything over 30 minutes and I won't be playing. I would rather have a smaller tourney than the 3-5 hour insane BS on ACR

This. Please don't fall down the trap of having big guarantees that can only be met by absurd late registration, especially at the smaller stakes. No reasonably sized low buy in tournament should last more than 4 hours, much less take that long to even see where the bubble is going to be.

The SNGs are great except that the break in the non-turbos is sort of insane. It comes in the middle of the 150/300 level, which is when almost all of my SNGs have ended seeing that is 30 total bbs... so you get heads up with like 8bbs effective and... five minute pause...

Anyone else have issue with some tables cutting off at the bottom when you open them? Have this happen every other session. Sometimes a few tables open fully and others a few are normally and few are cut off at bottom.

I personally haven't had that happen. Can you post a screenshot that way Global support can see what you are talking about?

All the time. I have to make constantly reset them taking it in and out of "Pro Mode." When I keep the main window full screen, they seem to usually not cut off.

yeah i fix it by making sure my main window with the lobby in it is enlarged quite a bit. The bug depends on how much your lobby window is minimized, i think

Good to know!

i have notice especially at .10/.20 stakes. There is an influx of players with usernames like"jhdjkfsdhfkjdssf" min buy in for the free $2 go all in either double up and or bust and leave right after, They do not even bother making an actually username making multiple accounts for the free $2

Yeah, that's it. You can make the main window screen size and leave it minimized in the tray, if you want to prevent the other windows from getting scrunched. If it is small, then the other windows end up that way.

It is something that has happened a lot in the past as well. I know Global is aware of it, but I haven't heard exactly what they are doing to combat it. In the past they have asked people to send the email to support about it, although I don't know how much that will do if it is happening all of the time.

I mean it does not hurt the players directly. It only affects Global Poker bottom line. I honestly think it is just people trying to build a bankroll without depositing and the account they get lucky on they keep. Then when they try to cash out Global Poker then seizes the accounts. As it seems in some of the threads i read.

It is more of a funny annoyance more than anything else

There's a bug where if you accidentally press fold when you have the opportunity to check. The client asks if you're short, then you press 'cancel' , and if you're mulitabling one of your other tables will just go black. It happens pretty much every time that this sequence takes place.
