The brevity of the MTTs is sooo nice.

I am glad they are listed, but totally agreed, having them sorted to the bottom would be very helpful.

Please pretty please list the number of chips in the starting stack in tourneys on the description areas I would love truly deep stack tourneys (100BB plus) but at a bare minimum I need to know what the starting stack is. Thx!

This is the most ridiculous thing I've seen on a poker site. This site needs to be shutdown until you can actually, I dunno... play poker on it? I can't even play on any tables. It just makes me sit out. Sometimes, it randomly has me pay dead blinds. Awesome.

It's been going on for weeks. I've seen others at my tables saying it won't let them play, too. It's so trollish/unreal that it's hard to believe or take seriously. Hard to not lose optimism in a site that can allow this to persist. This problem makes the current unplayable lag look like nothing. That... is... pathetic.

Improvement? Take the site down. That would be better than giving off the impression you can play poker. Waste of time and guaranteed tilt.

I'd genuinely like to know how others are able to play. For the past 2 weeks, I sit down, and, within 5 minutes, I just have to exit out of the site and say "guess I won't be playing poker today."

On most tables I'm stuck as "waiting" for ever. If I were originally sitting out and I clicked sit in, it just marks me as sitting out the next hand (rinse and repeat). Sometimes I get to post a big blind, and then it makes me sit out the next hand...

I have zero idea how to even participate in hands now... For those who said playing poker is hard... I never realized just how true those words are.

This tops the "global poker special" by a lot: being dealt aces; you instantly go to act, and it has you sitting out and the action is on someone else... The lag is ridiculous. There's way too much that is ridiculous atm to not be hearing about it from them.

Are you on Wi-Fi? I had the same experience you described until I switched to ethernet and now I rarely have any sort of disconnect issue with global. I have very good Wi-Fi, but it seems that global requires a very solid connection.

I can't help with the lag unfortunately but it sounds to me like when it does sit you out after a lag spike you are failing to uncheck the sit out box in the bottom left hand corner (right above the chat box). Once it sits you out on a lag spike you will continue to miss hands until you uncheck that box. FWIW I get an occasional lag spike (annoying) but nothing like what you seem to be experiencing.

I have no idea. Maybe I need to try a different browser (though clearly something has changed on their end).

I don't like to play on anything less than 8 tables. Out of 8-12 tables I have open, at most I might be dealt into 4, at some time. I spend all "session" just unchecking sitting out, on every table. Tonight, I was dealt into a hand... and it showed me as sitting out before the action was even on me.

I closed out of every table but 2, where I was able to play in hands, and it was "poker as usual." It's just frustrating. I used to try to play at least a thousand hands a day. Now, playing 30 hands is a huge session. I'm definitely going to try doing something differently.

How do you know you have 75k hands? I can't figure out a way to download hands. Are you able to use a HUD?

There's a counter in one of the challenge/achievement windows where it shows hands played to reach the 100k total hands played.

OK so I sat out for a few minutes, then I got removed from the table, and I sat back in. and this is what happened. It was basically impossible to play. My avatar was moved to the top left of the table (not even a seat) and I had pending action and my hole cards almost completely blocked.

I have had some issues as well when it removes me and I sit back in, normally it doesn't show my avatar at all, I haven't seen the top corner thing, although maybe that is where mine went.

I always end up leaving and closing the table completely then going back to the lobby and reopening it to sit back down. Still, it shouldn't have to do that.

Yeah. I wish you could reset that counter. I dread reaching 100k, because I like being able to have an accurate idea of how much I'm playing.

As for my issues, long story short: don't use firefox. At least in my case. I tried using chrome, and while I experienced 1 disconnect, I was able to play poker on as many tables as my heart desired. Moreover... tables actually tiled correctly on my second monitor (they just all go to edge of screen when I use firefox).

From now on, only using Chrome to play on this site. For others having issues, maybe try changing browser.

is there any temporary fix to the problem of auto posting blinds when coming back from a dc or sitting back in. If anyone offers a detailed solution to this problem that works for me (as in it prevents this problem from happening again) i will offer to chip dump a buy in at nl50.

It's painful, but whenever i have a disconnect and want to avoid auto posting I sit out at the table until I'm UTG then sit in.

The only solution I have seen is to leave the table and then rejoin it again. This puts you back in the "Wait for BB" category. Problem being if during that leave and come back your seat may be taken by someone else.

I just click sit out and then click sit in one hand before my bb. Annoying, but only way to keep your seat and not post that I'm aware of. Site has a lot of bugs in general with placement of button when people sit out as well. Sometimes when game goes to HU the button posts the bb and other player the sb.

During a tournament yesterday my last hand before the break the "call" button was covered by the "rebuy" button. This was during the middle of the last hand. I couldnt call and when I did click it hoping to call the hand it instead gave me a rebuy! It was glichey, laggy and very disappointing. I emailed customer service asking for my tournament entry and rebuy to be refunded. Here is the reply I received.

We don't have any recent technical issues that will result for the "Call" button not to appear. Please try to clear your browsing history and cache files first before accessing the site. Also we strongly suggest to use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and make sure that there is no other other applications open while playing.

Please provide us a screenshot of the issue you experienced so that we can further check this.

I use chrome and it sounds like my computer system is being blamed for this problem. It situation was pretty quick. I was trying to figure out how to call and what the heck was going on. I was a little busy to be taking screen shots. I asked very clearly for a refund and you can see he makes no comment to the fact the refund will or wont be issued.

I am not very happy to say the least.
