Just judging from the wording, looks like the Sunday 7.5k is a rebuy now, but you only start with 2k now instead of 3k. Global, it's the biggest tourney of the week, can we not please RAISE the starting stack to at least 5k???

I agree with this. Your Sunday "major" should be treated as such. I usually will only play twice a week after work but if it's structured right I'll play 1-4 tournaments most Sunday afternoons too. It's more fun to play for the "big" one at the end of the week and see who FT'd and took down the most sweeps cash.

Also related to that thought, any plans over at the offices for a MTT weekly and monthly leaderboard? It doesn't have to have a prize attached I just now a lot of us are competitive and like to see how we're ranking up against one another.

+1.

It would be cool, even if we were only keeping track of the "major" or special Sunday tourneys - or only gold coin qualifying tourneys, etc etc

So....don't ask me how, but sitting at a table right now in the 4K....and we played right through the second break while all the other tables were on break. Essentially we're playing a 15 minute 600/1200 level. Lol

I also thought it was interesting because my table did take a 5 min break - but i never got a "you are now on a 5 minute break alert". It took me like 2 minutes to realize i was actually on break

And....I know this is like beating a dead horse, but are there any plans to synchronize the breaks Global?? And if not, why?

Global really should announce this tournament. At least in an email if not through a software chat announcement. I only heard about this tournament by seeing the above post, and I think that most people on global, wanting to play in a 110$ mtt, probably don't check the tournament lobby.

Here's one that I haven't seen mentioned yet:

When I take a longer break or arrive late to a tournament, and my computer goes to sleep, the software replays all of the hands that I missed at a speed that is faster than live, but still takes forever to get through. It will sometimes have a Sit In button available as it catches up to live, but I will have to click on it a few times before I can get into a hand.

It should obviously just display the current hand/action, and offer the Sit In button immediately.

This also happens on cash tables, though it's only a minor problem, because you get booted off the table so quickly.

This is on a Mac with Safari browser, if that makes a difference.

I have never seen that before, but then again I don't know that I have ever done that with my computer being asleep. I am over on Windows, and I don't think I even let my laptop sleep. That is odd for sure.

This happens to me as well sometimes. I have an HP Windows 10 laptop.

I think I am going to have to try to make this happen now, that is super interesting.

This happens quite often. It's very strange watching everything play out.

Sometimes I will get Call Fold Bet buttons and sit in at the same time.

Is there any way to increase the time you can take a break (as in go pee) and not get removed from your tables? One round on 6 max tables can go very quickly and its a real PITA to try and find the tables you were on etc

I've suggested this before as well. It would be nice if it was proportionate to how long you've played if nothing else. It would be nice to be able to get up for a 5-10 minute stretch to grab a bite to eat, stretch, bathroom break, etc. I know the sit out time is much longer on other sites. One orbit is just too short a time. Thx!

Two minor ones:

The muck winning/losing hands check boxes should be able to have a default value of my choice, not always checked. This is especially annoying in tournaments, where you can change tables fairly often. Why would my choice for that tournament change when I change tables?

The Check checkbox can turn into a Call Any checkbox when someone ahead of you bets. This makes for a potentially costly misclick opportunity. Just move the Call/Call Any boxes into a third column, so they don't occupy the same space as Check and Check/Fold boxes.

Thanks

PLEASE allow us to see what players are playing in a cash game without having to click and open it first.

Change the color of the text for a table if we're already seated at it.

STOP having the Lobby scroll back to the top anytime you open a new table and have to click back to the lobby to find a new game and scroll all the way down again.

ADD BUYIN STAKES FILTERS TO THE CASH GAME LOBBY

Can't see hand histories of tournaments. Sort of sucks when you need to review them.

I will say I like GUI quite a bit as far as looks, but it is short when it comes to functionality. If you guys want a lot of customers, it would be nice if you had things like different custom bet sizing quick buttons.

I like the simplicity of the site A LOT, just wish it had some more functionality.

Here's a quick list of things I've come to notice over the past two weeks of playing:

1. Getting kicked from a cash game after 1 orbit. This is killer for everyone.
2. No filter for S&Gs / Tournaments. With no filter, we are only seeing a portion of the population actually playing these since they're so hard to find.
3. Remove S&Gs from the list once they start running. They're taking up way too much scrolling room.
4. Lag.
5. Not allowing late registration (even for 30 minutes)? The excuse I've read on here is the "this is a recreational site. It's good for the game." I completely disagree, as the majority of players want to win big prizes in tournaments, not to try to win a 60-person S&G called a tournament.
6. Not showing empty cash tables. How am I supposed to start a table?
7. Not having the specific window pop up when it's my turn to act.

The empty cash tables are below all the running ones. People have been asking for a lot of this for months...they're not going to listen. You're right, it seems like they have it in their head that a lot of this is going to kill the action at the site. That's BS IMO. I agree with not allowing HUDS, but with everything else?? Why can't you have both. Have some of the same MTT's as they have now and some that have late reg, bigger stacks, and better structures. I think most fish stopped playing online on BLACK FRIDAY, not because of people bumhunting, ect. They're back on here playing now because they can LEGALLY cash out and because of Global's advertising.

Take wait lists for example. Someone posted a thread asking for wait lists and then the cavalry came on to say how much it'd ruin the site and they stopped that...ok cool, whatever. But I think they are taking that philosophy and applying it to every request they deem "Reg friendly." Like the breaks for the MTT's. This was before I started playing here, but apparently they already tried to fix them once, which is why they all start 55 minutes INTO the tourney. They must have misunderstood what everyone wanted, which is fine, but several of us have asked and they continue to not respond. I don't know if they think synchronized breaks are not REC friendly or what.

Lot's of ways they could improve the playing experience here without being ACR. No HUD's and no Rakeback should be ENOUGH.

Lots of disconnecting in the middle of cash games. Some other players at the table are shown as disconnected at the same time so I know it's not just me. Very stable internet, no problem on other sites, etc.

The freerolls prize pools have been lowered. Any freroll where 1st place is less than sw100 does not sound fun at all. GP Freerolls have only been changing in one direction over time. Also, did tounies in general lose some overlay?

All "running" sng can be listed on the bottom of page instead of top? If they do need to be listed.
