I'd like to see it go back to where you can see if you have clicked a button to sit out the next blind. Some time ago, there was a place to click right there in front of you, and you could always see it. The other day I clicked on it, and then got disconnected. When I got back, apparently the "Sit out next blind" became de-selected, but I didn't know it because I just assumed it stayed clicked. There is no good reason for that to be hidden.

Please allow us to change table theme for each individual open table!

Thanks for patience for the issues over the last few days. We had a technical issue which caused the MTT lobby to lag hard (one of the promotional freerolls did it).

Problem solved eventually, but we cut the Sunday schedule to avoid having play impacted.

As someone who plays very late at night/early morning can you please explain why theres need for maintenance so often? I mean most sites have updates maybe once a month but you guys have it every other day it seems. It really sucks for sit andgo players because you take sngs down at 3am all the way to 5am.

1. We had an unforeseen game server incident recently that required more than one redeployment to resolve the issue.
2. I assume you are either referring to 'sites' that actually are desktop apps or browser-based, finished products. We, on the other hand, are neither of those and therefore our product updates are more frequent which naturally requires frequent maintenance/bug fix schedule. Maintenance notifications should be visible, if not, let us know.

Is there a way to disable the Tile button, or maybe move it to the tables instead of right beside the Home button? I've accidentally tiled all my tables and ruined the setup of them multiple times while trying to click the home button.

I know you guys dont allow any outside software like tabletamer (which i think something like this should be). If you arent gonna change your stance on this can you please add an option for auto time bank.

We won't change our stance but we may add this at some distant point in the future. Or maybe not so distant. We'll see.

Looks like there was a new update to the felt today. I’m playing on my phone as usual and there is now an enlarged icon for the lobby, as well as similarly sized icons for the casino and cashier. At the same time the size of the icons for other tables being played has been enlarged as well. While I appreciate that you are trying to make things better, this is a step in the opposite direction. Once you get past 4 tables you no longer can see the icons for the extra tables since the real estate is taken up by the large casino and cashier buttons. The casino and cashier are easily accessed from the lobby already, and their presence on the felt serves only to take up valuable space that is necessary if you are playing multiple tables. Would really appreciate it if you can fix this. If you feel you must have those icons there, at least make them smaller so you can see the icons for the other tables being played. Thx!

Playing Surge table but unable to open multiple Surge tables?

I was playing a 10nl surge hand where I split the pot at the river with my opponent (we both had top pair with KT), but I didn't receive my share of the pot at the end of the hand. Anyone else experience this issue?

Can we get functioning table positioning options? +`1 to an auto time bank it's miserable without.

Can you speed up the action on the new table game "casino holdem?" It takes too long for each game to be dealt and reshuffled to start the next game. Is it necessary to deal each card that slowly one at a time? After a game is over, it just takes too long to clear the table of the last game to start the next one. just my 2 cents.

Maybe this was just a rare glitch, or maybe there is some code that is off. When there is a splash pot, the splash happens before the blinds decide to post/not post the blinds. If the sb (small blind) player decides to not post a blind and sit out, AND everyone else folds around then the splash pot was not awarded to the player in the big blind seat (yours truly).

It is not a big deal, and I don't need a balance adjustment.

However, the splash really should happen AFTER the blinds are posted, and if everyone folds the extra SC should go to the big blind seat of course.

I late regged for a tournament that was on break and it started a new table with myself and one other player. Then, still during the break we were dealt a hand! And we played a hand of heads up before the break triggered for our table.

Two issues with the above:

1) Hands shouldn't occur during breaks
2) New tables should fill before dealing hands...there's no reason for a hand to be HU before there are two players remaining in a standard 9-Max MTT. (This one bothers me less but should be fixed to go with the "rec friendly" theme of the site)

Show "money in play" on cash tables.

Imo set their site up like iggy. Anonymous id names and you can't pick what table you sit on in cash games. It randomly picks a seat for you. Ignition has 10x the traffic in cash games then global and the action is better. They aren't embarrassed to bluff cause they are anonymous. Global traffic is dying off. I don't even know many grinders that play on global anymore. Everyone is on iggy now. Their surge tables has 0 traffic. Ignition full of players. I don't understand why global wont change to what ignition is doing. That is what works for cash games.

David Lyons talked about having a Seat Me option where you just get plunked wherever to deter predatory behavior, that seems cool. Also Iggy has been around for*ever*, has a popular sportsbook, and millions more players around the world that can play on the site. If PayPal was still going Global would be one of the biggest sites going right now IMO, I remember when I first got on the site there were 20+ $100+ sng's running and surely the HS cash action was far more regular.
