I was just wondering if you guys were ever going to get around to fixing your Hand History function within the webpage so that it actually, you know, works?

Increase the space in player notes please.

Have an achievement (that doesnt have a cap or allow it to overflow" or someway to show how many hands you've played during a session so we can manually track our own stats like bb/100. I've hit the 100k hands for sweepstakes cash so I can no longer keep track of my hands played really annoying

Custom betting options for opening/c-betting (2.2 bb’s, 33% pot, etc)
Access mtt lobby through table
Progressive knock out tourney’s
Mtt player count/position somewhere that isn’t blocked by flop
Fix issue where the button sometimes covers a players bet
Unable to note players not in a hand while I can note others
BREAK TIMES COINCIDING WITH ONE ANOTHER
Limit how many tourney’s offer add ons (fine with rebuys up to a certain point but don’t force me to play at a disadvantage because I don’t want to buy in for another full buy in to keep my stack in relation to others at the table what it was before break)
I play on a small laptop so can comfortably play 2 tables at a time. Would like to see a “pop up” feature to make changing tables easier and allow for more tables at once
The rake on SNG’s is too damn high

This ever growing garbage site now is hiding all the tabs of Tourneys i pre registered and when i manually go back to them I am unable to unreg them. And no I did not win tickets to these. Pretty amazing how their software gets worse as time goes on.

I would also appreciate it if the Hand History pop up tabs worked. It's pretty important to see action that's happening in hands I'm not involved in. Thank you.

Need synchronized breaks in MTT's

Auto rebuy and add-on buttons in MTT rebuys.

I would imagine this has been mentioned before but now that I'm putting in volume here: With the options we have today, and so many different structures, I'm more than fine with this game being with screen names but without huds. Iggy has anon + huds, WPN is usernames + anything basically (lol) and it's helpful when trying to improve in online poker and also prepare for live poker. The thing is, it would really be nice if you could add personal graphs tracking our winnings overall, at different stakes, etc. For a lot of reasons, it's nice to have something to refer to and also something to use as a part of a resume to various poker video sites (as a trainer, streamer, etc).

Pineapple is cool and all but if you guys could add some PLO8 tourneys/cash you could attract quite a few new players, that game has a pretty loyal following with mtts on other sites consistantly drawing 100+ runners.

It would be great if the ring table name and tournament name were on the felt or maybe by the leave button. This helps make the known obvious when multi-tabling. This would make for seamless adjustment when moved to another table during a MTT as the windows rearrange when that happens.

I agree...PL08 does have a pretty loyal following and I know SNGS run for PLO8 on both ACR and Bovada. I enjoy playing PLO8 tournaments more than cash games.

The three suggestions for software improvements I would like to add are the following:

1. Ability to edit felt colors for each table. (I.E. I can edit a SNG table one color and a MTT table another color

2. Progressive Knockout Tournaments.

3. Synchronized Breaks

Why are all-ins not shown in tournaments??? If action is over and players are all in cards are always flipped in tournaments.

If I shove all in and get 2 calls, why are all cards not flipped on their back? If I win the hand their cards are unviewable.

This is a game integrity issue and needs fixing.

ACR does this too. I doubt they will view it as an issue.

The avatar options are too limited. let us download/upload our own avatars and just limit them to a certain size as is possible on some other sites, please.

A quick question - Is there any way I can do anything about posting and reviewing my own hand histories here other than opening up one of those share links and going through the in game replayer? I'd like to post hh's of my hands here but as is I guess people just hand write them out? Also, whenever I do use the "share" link for a hand history - any way I can block out my username?

Traffic has dropped so much for cash games during 2019. Does global have any promos planned? A tournament series...more ads on social media...reload bonuses...anything? I really hope this is just a seasonal thing but I think reload bonuses like they did last summer (e.g. buy a bunch of gold coins and get 50 in sweeps cash free) again would be great to at least get people back onto the site.

Where have you been? The Grizzly games II just wrapped up. Global just sponsored a NASCAR in last weekends race. Their name was plastered everywhere. And the new spin-n-go sit-n-goes have brought new people in as well. New traffic has been huge! More fish in the pond than ever. All stakes. I have notes on almost every player I have sat with these last 2 years and lately I have been at tables with just 1 or 2 regs. I'm making withdraws twice a week.

One improvement I saw was to make it so that the software checks if the "sit out next hand" box gets software-checked as close to the start of the next hand as they can get it. Based on having the experience of playing a hand UTG, the hand ending and me saying "oh crap I wanted to sit out" and checking the box within a fraction of a second before the next hand is dealt and having this checkbox get ignored and then I'm dealt into the bb, play the hand, and I forget to uncheck the box and then when its time for my sb I'm made to sit out. Its very tilting to be forced to pay the bb and then not be able to play your sb.

Based off what happens it seems that a software check for the value of the box happens right at the end of the last hand but doesn't get checked the end of that hand and the start of the next hand.

If you are only going to have one "sit out next hand" box and no "sit out big blind" button (which I think makes the site less convenient) you might as well make the sit out next hand box work right so it doesn't upset your customers who checked the box right after the end of the hand before their big blind.

Uh just count the number of games. There are 4 nl400s and one 600 on a Saturday night. Used to be able to fill my monitor with nl400. There's a bunch of nl1ks but they also got rid of 2k.

Also always used to be 10++ full tables of nl200.

PLO has totally dried up. In December+January I could 8-10 tbl plo100 and sometimes do it for plo200. Could also get 4-6 tables of midstakes PLO always. Right now there is one plo400 (11pm EST, Saturday).


I haven't checked micros it takes a lot more for them to die. What stakes are you playing? I don't check MTT+SNG traffic it doesn't affect me at all. The guarantees are pretty small anyway.

How is sponsoring a NASCAR a big advertisement? What about doing more for the players? Especially with no sportsbook they need to entice deposits somehow...

FWIW I know 3 people that stopped playing on the site for that reason.
