If it makes anyone feel better the global transaction history is completely ****ed up so i'm not sure how they will verify our funds that were on the table. Perfect timing to lose hug chunk of my roll on global before a Sunday.

has anyone experienced this playing on chrome browser on windows 10? when im multitabling and and tables are tiled. i can never see the winning cards of the player that sits at the top of tables. its like a visual bug or something. does switching to another browser fix it?

How many tables? My Chrome on windows 10 has no problems up to 8 tables. But, I use the multiwindow ‘pro’ option (my old PC bogs down if everything is in one window.)

For a specific player? just click on their name at the table and select "mute player"

For all chat? just leave the chat box on "dealer" option or "game play" option.

As someone suggested just don't look, but I understand the little icon can bug you until you look at it. If I recall correctly users in the past have emailed Global support and gotten their chat disabled.

I don't know if this hides the chat but if yours was turned off by the site, you would at least know that no matter what anyone types you can't respond anyways, and that would, at least for me, make me less likely to respond.

Limit table to max 6 since Global do not want ppl play in a professional way. I doubt the recs play more than 6 tables.

Recently had a hand where after watching in the replayer I could see the villain's (he folded on turn in really big pot) hole cards. I've seen this bug before but never for a villain just some random person who folded pre. Would like to share it with someone from GP but don't want to post here as don't want my SN public. I told him in the chat afterwards and he said he couldn't see what I had when he looked at the replayer.

This is a pretty serious bug.

Been that way forever. If you look at the HH everyone else who looks at it afterwards will be able to see your hole cards. I think it can be avoided by accessing it from the list of all your hands instead of the tab in the lower left corner of the table. They either dgaf or don’t have the ability to make changes to Cubeia software that they are renting.

not a bug. I told global about this a year ago and they told me it's a feature of the software that did not need to be addressed. Pretty sure they said the same in the thread too

If your hand is a super top secret, don’t review it in the replayer.

Yeah i've said this from the beginning that if global actually cared about being the social poker site they claim to be, this is the most obvious change that they should make. I would even argue that the table cap should be 3-4 for cash games. I would say 95% of all recreational players play 1 table, then split from 2-4 in a decreasing %. Going by that line of thinking, even a 4 table cap already severely dilutes the rec - reg ratio, but allowing an unlimited amount of tables exacerbates the issue.

And what does it mean to be "the #1 social poker site" in the first place? I would argue that it's fostering an environment where recs lose money at a slower rate than other poker sites, where their time being entertained : dollar investment ratio is the highest. So what could be more opposed to that than allowing regs to play an infinite amount of tables? Like every other poker site, they like to give the impression that they're different than all of the rest, but in actuality they're the exact same in that they care about profit above all else. So while global says they want to be the #1 social poker site, it's all lip service.

Hello. I'm new to Global Poker (about a month)
Nickname is NL_Profit.
Mostly playing SNG ($30-$100), evening tournaments $7K and $10K, and cash games (NL100-600 and PLO $1k).
I have never requested a cash out, but the other day I've got an email asking to verify myself.
Why Global is PUSHING me to provide an ID?
They can check every hand I've played, all is according their rules.
My account ISN'T blocked same time.
Any idea what's going on?

Thank you.

Why not just send it in? You are going to need to eventually if you cash out. Probably just a security thing making sure no duplicate accounts, etc.

It would be nice to have a couple more color options for notes

LUL. If you can't get it done with 3 colors then more colors won't help you.
02-02-2019 , 06:23 PM
speaking of notes, ive noticed that sometimes when a player isnt involved in a hand it wont let you click on their name too add a note. Altho sometimes i am able to, seems to work about half the time at random. Is this a glitch or is there a reason for this?

^ I have the same issue.

Also, would it be possible to get a Lobby button on the MTT tables?
02-05-2019 , 05:15 PM
- When multi tabling, the table in which it is my turn to act never comes to the front. So when it's behind another table, I need to manually find it. Having the table come to the front and have all other tables where it is my turn to act right behind it ready to pop up after I make my decision would be great.
- Also, please add a waiting list to cash games or a faster way to join a table. So many times, I will click a table that has 1 seat open but then someone joins it before I do and then I have to close out of that table, and go back to the lobby and do that several times.

Hard to explain but when you lose connection you click Sit-in button. but then after you play your hand the "sit out next hand" button is clicked so you have to unclick that too after the hand.

Not sure if anybody knows what I'm talking about or can explain this better.

It's a real ***** especially when you're multitabling

Adding a sit in at all tables button below/above the sit out next hand button would be nice
