you guys need to fix the issue of us not being able to put notes on a player when they fold. And take off the thing that asks us if we want to quit after an hr. Its already tilting it pops up and if we are having a losing session it shows how much we are losing. Then when i click i want to continue playing once in awhile it boots me off the table anyways. Just get rid of it or give us the option to leave it on or take it off. I hate it. Some players say when it pops up they have to refresh their browser or it wont work. It is the only site that has this and least you guys can do is give us the option if we want the pop up or not.

Its insane really, how long do we have to wait for minor bug fixes? How much rake do we have to pay for bug fixes?

Mtt Lobbys still not always updating properly. Why is this not been fixed yet? If you are 4 or 6 tabling and getting close to the money bubble it is almost impossible to have to close the lobby then find it in the scheduled tournaments reopen it in order to find out where you are. Sometimes you only have a few seconds to do this in order to make a decision. I don't have to tell any poker player how important this information is and not having it readily available is affecting the game. Global needs to fix this like yesterday.

It seems so rare that bugs get fixed or any type of improvements are made to the software. Any update on updates to the software/website?

Real rebuy tourneys offer rebuys at or below starting stack, not at zero, do you plan to fix this?

Oh my god, yes. This affected a play I made near a bubble today; a play I would never make if I would have known exactly where we were in relation to the bubble.

Sometimes the tournament page will run fine for 30 minutes, and then it'll stop, and then you have to basically refresh it every hand to get timely information.

This **** pisses me off,how many players are using **** like this? I have 200k hands on GP and have never even looked up outside software, how many people do i play against that have an unfair advantage? Or even just an ability that honest and non rule break players dont

I completely agree with you and I'm the same way. Hell, I didn't even use a HUD on Stars and that was explicitly allowed ...

The good news, at least, is that most people seeking banned software and etc. are bad poker players to begin with, so they're still losing/breakeven at best with their unfair advantage.

It's still brutal and unfair, just looking for a silver lining about it.

I don’t even play on Global anymore. After seeing bot after bot, rake sky high, no player rewards, false claims of PayPal partnerships, site trying to hide their sketchiness, and even restricting basics like HH review, Global is to worth it.

Download all the HH you want. It’s not unethical to do what every site offers and even Global offers ability to review your HH in their client. Don’t have a **** based web browser client and you won’t have trouble managing your own site...

Someone didn't get their nap today! I can freely browse any forum I want. I may not play Global but I still have players that I stake on the site, so yes, I have a vested interest in the affairs of the site. By releasing how to use a HUD, I mean showing where it can be purchased and used. Yes, people can easily create their own but I'll point them where to get it. If you think Global cares about its players at all, you're fooling yourself. You may as well level the playing field. Such tools like HH convertors and HUDs are what helps detect all these bots that Global is too incompetent to do on their own.

So just now I was railing a full plo table waiting to get a seat, saw a huge hand so hit the replayer... And I saw a players hand who folded preflop (and his screenname).. WTF.

Global poker has acknowledged this and iirc they said it's more of a feature than a bug. lul

Yeah just saw it again and mentioned to some friends who all say they have seen that... So absurd.

This has existed as long as I've played on here. I've also noticed instances where the replayer is performing normally but if I go back and click the link later, one or multiple players SN+hole cards are exposed who folded before showdown. Ime it seems to happen more often if that player activated the timebank before folding. That could just be coincidence and I'm more likely to view those bigger pots in the replayer where people have a big decision and use the timebank.

The replayer always works the same: If you use the replayer to view a hand, your hand will now be visible to anyone who replays it after you. GTO is to save any hands you want to view and look at them 1 week later so you can see more people's hole cards and they can't see yours unless they look at the hand again after you.

Global has said this is a unique feature of their site. lol

I’ve never seen a tournament table that did not have a button labeled “lobby” which would make refreshing or reopening the tourney lobby easy. Of course, I guess being able to know your rank near the bubble is not “rec friendly” ?

Who makes this software, and have they ever even played poker before?

i think if you replay the hand yourself it shows your cards to anyone who replays it as well
