Global Poker Hand History?

New at the forum.
Can anyone point me to a tutorial on how to access/use hand history at Global Poker?
Appreciate any pointers - doesn't seem to be very intuitive on the GP site.

Go to Profile -> Hand History.
There is not much you can do with it. You cannot download it or import to PT/HEM unless you are using chrome extension which is not clear if GP is ok with or not. So you can only review your hands in site. I believe they keep 30 days of cash and play money. No MTT hands can be found there.
