I know it's frustrating, but you'll eventually be successfully verified as long as you have provided all of the requested information.

Keep us up-to-date on the sometimes "long and winding road" to verification.

I've decided I'm not playing any SC ring games or tournaments until I get my banking details verified.

I just wanted to update y'all to my last post.

I guess the second time was a charm as they approved my banking details based off of my second submission, same day.

Maybe something went wrong with the first submission but my bank details are confirmed and I can now withdraw SC's

I'll post in the other forum about how long it takes to get paid out.

Im not even sure lagtight can support the fact they arent wiling to send us our hand histories thats makes it so much more suspicious to me.

Global's business model is to cater to recreational players. HUD's and HH's are almost exclusively utilized either by players who are already strong, or by those who are trying to become strong players. Helping strong players crush the newbies is inconsistent with their business model.

Having said that, the unavailability of HH's certainly makes it far more difficult to collect evidence of foul play by cheating players or even cheating by the site itself.

Speaking only for myself, I'm glad HUD's and HH's are unavailable as it probably keeps the fish splashing around the pool longer.

I certainly would understand someone who would avoid playing on Global based on the absence of HH access.
