What time zone is the tournament schedule in?

Are you going to have satellites to the $20, $30, $50, $100 events?

just to clarify for the leader board points, it's 10 to enter PLUS 25 for in the money etc.. or you get 25 only if you are in the money and points aren't stacking?

Series looks great, but there's no way I can spend every night for a month playing poker. Hopefully the next series will be more like 2 or 3 weeks

+1 to this for sure. Actually I would love to seem some satellites in general to Tournaments. But it may required introducing T-Dollars and stuff like that to make it work, which could get very complicated on a site that already struggles with "What are Gold Coins, what are $weeps Cash" questions from anyone new.

With that said, if there was a way to present it clearly, satellites would be a great way to let smaller rolled players into bigger tourneys and for Global to be able to hit those GTD numbers.

TBH the whole interface is still a little annoying. I totally didn't expect them to do something like this, so at least it's clear that they're growing and improving. Though I often still feel like they could go dark at any moment...

So with the Home Town heros thing, where would one acquire this global poker gear to wear?

It appears to me that by shipping one of the events or the leaderboard for the series. Hence the trophy with your screen name or legal name if you so choose being engraved on said trophy. That's how I understood it anyway. I'm excited for this thanks GP.

Side note, hopefully we get an answer soon to the question that's come to light recently of how site wide disco's are handled for sngs and mtts, especially for this kind of thing. Hopefully there are no site wide discos, but just in case. Also the "bug" that when 2 players are in the $ and bust at the same time they tie for finish position and payout regardless of stack sizes. that "bug" can change final table play and dynamics.

@ splaya - I think "hometown heroes" is only for the winners of Eagle Series events, the gear you'd use would be the champions pack.

I'm very much looking forward to the Eagle Cup kicking off! Hopefully, I'll be able to bink an event during the series because that trophy will be going everywhere with me like when a hockey player carries around Lord Stanley's Cup.

Suggestion: Why don't you guys make a $weeps cash store on the site where players could buy various things (like GP tee shirts) using $weeps cash?

I agree with both of you that will get me a shirt, but see its only going to get me a shirt as I plan on winning all of the tournaments And I want you guys to have a chance to get a Global shirt if you want one.

So hopefully they have a store or maybe some Facebook promos or something like that where people could also get shirts.

I agree to the store comments, and I'd also like to add the suggestion of stickers I can put on my truck to generate more awareness as I'm shipping games in my local cardrooms wearing GP gear.

on second thought, maybe no store is better, that way when we win multiple shirts we can auction some off on ebay?
