2000 Pay failed

So I have 1 that says pay failed without getting my money ( 3 reps made a comment all 3 answers were different, one telling me it it was in my bank account, another that it was returned by bank and I have a option to cancel it on my poker account, and another that it was under reprocessing.. either way = no money in bank and no money in poker account = money missing.

I have one that says Paid but I did not receive any money in my bank account
Money = missing

and I have one thats pending but likely to go missing/ claim to be paid.
Money = ?
Depends if you're american or canadian

If you're american and all your paperwork is in order, could be 2-4 days

If you're canadian and all your paperwork is in order, could be 8 weeks.

Lol.

I've been waiting almost a month for $175. They keep telling me it was approved on 7-27. It's been over 3 weeks. This company is the worst

Still waiting on my Cash outs.
Been over 1 month now and from US.
No help from Global Poker Joey and Kimber (been Ignoring all my private messages)
No help from Global Poker support, didn't respond for last week.
Don't know whats going on.
My lifetime poker average is about 100$/hr and barely played any poker since this cash out issue. Took the fun out of the game.
Such a waste of time. Also very frustrated and stressed out.
Please just wire or send me a check if there are still issues.

So frustrating. Nothing like starting off your morning, everyday, checking that bank account. And of course to see no $. This company makes so much damn money. I can't believe I sent them such sensitive info (bank statement etc.), and for what reason? What a bunch of scumbags. Gotta love those emails too. I like the one in particular when I was told they were still in the "teething stage" with worldpay. Wtf does that mean? Just horrible people..

Been waiting over 1 month on my cash outs now...
Global Poker Kimber + Joey are ignoring me now for some reason.
No help from support.
Have 5 figures locked up and much more that i wanna cash out.
Couldn't play poker which is my main source of income because of this issue (cost me 30k + of estimated ev)
From the USA so cash outs should be quick too.
Been asking support what the problem is and they keep sending me those exact copy and paste answers you all have been receiving.
Anything they ask of me to help fix the problem or speed it up, ill do as soon as possible. But they tell me nothing.
This is very very frustrating and draining.
What should I do next??

Hi StriveToFit,

Apologies things haven't been going smoothly and that you feel ignored.

It is currently Saturday night here and Kimber is off work. I have asked her to look into this and to respond to you by end of COB Monday with an update and to keep in close contact with you until this is resolved.

Whilst we are certain this has not been handled well to date we will ensure that there is a marked improvement in the contact you receive from this point on.

Thanks

Joey

Hi StriveToFit,

Thanks for getting in touch. I appreciate these delays have been frustrating. In many instances these are due to players originally providing us with incorrect banking details.

The problem here is that, even if the incorrect details are identified immediately, we need to wait for the financial provider in question to complete their process and return the funds before we can re-issue.

The amount of times this takes varies depending on the provider in question. That being said, you definitely should have been kept up to date with this process.

In relation to your comment that I have been ignoring you, I note that I have responded to your private message from 08/07 on 01:26 AM and from 08/13 on 04:59 AM to name a few. I will do my best to keep an eye on this and to provide you additional information as it comes to hand.

Thanks for your understanding and support on the matter, if you have any further questions please send me a message. Thanks.

really appreciate your response. please try your best to get the $ in my bank account as soon as possible (within this coming week). if that is not possible for some reason, please ask global poker if they can send me a check or fast wire to me. I've been waiting impatiently for over a month so think they might understand. thank you

NACHA must return the funds within five days of them being sent. That is the law, period, as far as any incorrect account information used. You are covered under Reg E but only if you file a complaint within 60 days. If you don't, the loss is yours to keep.

Electronic transfers don't go to some vapor-zone. They get sent to a clearing House and then forwarded to the final account for credit. NACHA, the ACH clearing house, has laws they must follow. The account is affirmed and money delivered simultaneously. Of it doesn't match up, the transfer doesn't go through and it sits with NACHA. Federal law says they must return it in five days. They usually hold it overnight to collect Fed funds interest on it. There is no chance they are sitting on it for weeks.

You either gave them wrong information until just recent or the lack of understanding, professionalism, and follow up at Global is crazy. They don't even request the money to be returned. It's all computerized. It is what happens when a wire 'bounces'. The next day you get a credit in your account. For an ACH, the credit hits a day or two later. They'd even be given grief as to why they held it for five days when audited.

What probably has happened if the money was returned and they cannot pinpoint it specifically. It may have come back in a batch. Seems like you're waiting for them to straighten it out. They call your inconvenience 'teething issues'. Meanwhile, as they learn wtf a they are doing, they collect a lot of interest on your monies held in their account. They should compensate people for their inability to complete these simple processes. They rushed this **** out to save some money. Should have understood WTF they were doing first.

Still did not receive any of the money.. Global Poker Customer service sent me an email 4 days ago saying that they paid the 1k and 11k to my nominated bank. however, i did not receive the money. I'm now getting ignored by all customer support including the Global Poker Representatives Kimber/Joey here on 2+2 for some reason(past week on all my private messages and on cash out verification thread). don't know what is going on. feelsbadman.

Waiting for current Cashouts:
July 7th= 1000$ (still waiting on the money)
July 19th= 11000$ (still waiting on the money)
August 23rd = 5000$ (new cash out)

will keep y'all updated

Thought you were going to help me fix this issue?
Didn't see any improvement in the contact from Global Poker support at all since your statement.
Im still waiting on 17,000$.
Global Poker Kimber and you have been no help at all.
Its funny that players that made threats to the company received their funds the very next day (or that same day).
Players like me who refuse to make threats out of principle are just left in the dust.
Seems like those who are polite to Global Poker Kimber get help right away. Those who speak the truth and can be a little critical get ignored.
Thought it would be first come first serve no matter what like a fair company..

really appreciate your support! I'm shocked to see that most don't care at all about their fellow Global Poker members even on the biggest forum in the world as long as it doesnt affect themselves. I know that even when i receive the $, i will definitely still be around to help those in the Global Poker community that are being treated unfairly

Why would you do another cashout on the 23rd if you have not been paid? your not getting that money if they other 2 withdrawals didn't work. Maybe its not on globals end and its your bank if global says you been paid.

There are probably a few people like me who do care but don't have anything substantial to add so aren't posting. I do hope you get paid. That's a lot of money to be out and I know I would be very upset over this.

It looks like Global is intent on not paying you and they are just buying time by pretending to be working on your case. I recently had an international bank wire that didn't go through...it was from USA to Singapore...sent on August 21 and returned on Aug 24. It doesn't take a month to find out a wire has been returned so any story they are giving you is obviously bull****.
08-28-2018 , 02:06 PM
It is pretty simple to solve. Global needs to give you the confirmation number, easily found on their end, and then you contact your bank. The money will either be found quickly or it will be shown to have not be sent or dk'd immediately. It doesn't take a day to track down money that was supposedly sent. There is no special relevant department, it's on the WP transaction statement.

Wires aren't lost. There is a mistake on the account info or input error. It just takes the desire to make a phone call and get the ACH transaction number. If you made up numbers to give them and it happened to actually be an existing account t somewhere, it can be rescinded easily enough. It is complete customer disservice to jerk someone around over a wife for a month. Even if you gave the wrong info, they would know as soon as they verify it.

Joey,

Not even close to acceptable, fwiw. If you are genuinely curious about improvement for customer support, in a snap of the fingers you could have a full consortium to discuss what Poker Stars did right on twoplustwo before Black Friday.

I'm so ****ing livid at this point, what information should I be asking for in regards to the transaction? This is insane.
