Hi all, I've been scrambling all day to learn about who best to reach out to about being locked out of my account and my first two tickets were closed with messages about terms of service issues and their clause regarding denying service to anyone at anytime. I signed up for global poker during the August fire evacuations in my area last year as a way to unwind and blow off some steam. I also work multiple jobs and use poker as a way to relax when I have time to myself. I've been playing since August of last year and had deposited between 250-300 between August and September. I've since carried a positive balance and had won a few tournaments over a few weeks recently, and was able to break above a level I had missed after bubbling a tournament 6 weeks prior, which was followed by a downswing to 150sc before the climb out. My total balance was between 845-850sc. I won a 600 gtd on 5/29. I got super busy for a few days at the end of the month and wasn't able to play again until last night, when I began receiving unauthorized user/account blocked messages. I submitted two tickets last night, one technical issue, and then another complaint issue, Both requests referred to the same section 19.1,19.2 clauses. I am just floored, I work too hard, and always put others ahead of myself. To have to deal with being stolen from, and excluded from an activity on a website I enjoy, play regularly on, and in all regards am an upstanding member of is all but devastating. I've created a twitter account and tweeted David Lyons, pokerdad, Global poker and submitted a third help ticket that is pending response. Is there any hope? - liljohnwayne
