My lobby is frozen and showing 0 people registered for the 50k gtd tourney. I already registered last night..

I registered and the money left my account. I was on the list of players registered before the event started, but I was not seated in the tournament. Anyone else have this issue?

I registered this morning but I just noticed it's past time to start and it didn't pop up. Tourney lobby is not showing up in running section.

It looks like they moved the time of it. Their sats are screwed up for it too. I played the 20 seat one, got a seat.. it didn't register me and didn't give me a ticket to use for it either (sent support an e-mail about it with a screenshot of the final lobby from the sat). Was hoping I could play it today, but....

So i regged last night, money taken from my balance but i was not put in the tournament today when it started. I deleted cookies from web browser and was able to register again but i am still missing the money from the first time i registered last night.

I registered about a hour before hand and noticed it didnt pop at 4:30

I closed the lobby and had to re reg but I am playing and it doesnt look like I was charged twice, at least based on my balance.

I'm in the same boat. 20 seats, 21st got money, I finished 11th.

a TON of people who pre-regged the $218 50k on Global Today found out at 5pm they were un-registered, with the $218 NOT returned to their account.

Given the dynamic of my relation with Global lately I have only put the buyins for the day on since withdrawing my balance...so in order to re-register i had to REDEPOSIT 200 more.

from the chat conversations this happened to 10s of players.
Unacceptable and our funds still have not been returned to our accounts so the ones in now have effectively paid 436 for the tournament

^^This. idk wtf happened on Global's end today to have the 50K get screwed up, but they clearly have not gotten remotely close to the category of "stolen" at this point.

Hey guys,

I have just looked into this and found that for some reason the tournament that was originally scheduled was closed and reopened (In all honesty, I have no idea why).

Because the tournament was closed (instead of canceled) the funds weren't returned to players automatically.

The team is currently putting something together and will organize for refunds to occur shortly.

My understanding is that whether you were an entry or entered via a satellite we will be refunding $SC into your account.

This should happen shortly. I will let you know when I hear more.
