Who knows, but he's an ******* to play with. Berates everyone and taps the tanks like no other.

Ahhh... yeah that is bad all the way around then. Hopefully he is here and takes heed.

haha I've no idea, but he's a winning player and also a tilt-chatter and those types seem more likely to be here than the average player. I was just venting.

I myself have berated fish and generally tilt-chatted in the past, so I shouldn't really throw stones. I'm working on it!

We all make mistakes, and as long as we learn from them, what more can be asked?

Still I agree, if he is as bad as it sounds I hope he pays attention and knocks it off. Not even a +EV argument (although one can be made) more just a life EV kind of thing. Let people enjoy themselves playing poker, and if you win money while doing it, great! If he needs to drone on with insane chat comments, I hear YouTube is a great place for that

Yoooo. So who's the one getting in their feels and why? Let me Dr. Phil this for you.

If "getting in their feels" means tilting it up and annoying people, then, um, you. And also probably me. But definitely you. lol

So what did I do to get you worked up, bud?
10-14-2017 , 02:05 AM
I am assuming that I called you out on a questionable play. I tend to do that, but a little advice never hurts .

You don't honestly think Phil Ivey or any other pro would be spending time playing small stakes tourneys do you? He's a solid tournament player, though, whoever he is.
10-17-2017 , 02:59 PM
haha, he's either Phil Ivey or a random, good, laggy tournament grinder. One of those two

Edit: I think I've played with against him more than I have anybody else in this series. He's not a lot of fun to play against, but I doubt he's any kind of GOAT!

Missing all the Global action for a week but I shipped the $125 All In Or Fold tournament for $3460 in the Run It Up Reno series last night.

Just took down the $2.5k Gold Coin GTD. No trophy, but it was still nice to ship one!

For sure, no complaints here. I am now on the FT of the $2.5k freeroll, 4th in chips.

Out in 4th, I misplayed it a little bit at the end. Still it was a good tourney.

4th > 5th

Again, agreed

I have no complaints, I was very happy with 4th, and even my misplay was probably still okay against certain players. It was just dumb against that one in particular. Concentration lapse for sure on my part.

Ah tournament poker, how you vex me. You beat me up and hurt me, and just when I think I hate you enough to leave, you reward me with a decent cash, and so I come back for more.

Yesterday finished 2nd in the $1500 GC challenge (~$600 overlay) then followed that up with a win in the $10 1R/1A $1500 guaranteed ($200 overlay). Felt good after like a week straight of getting brutalized in seemingly every all-in situation, whether I was flipping or way ahead.

Yeah it is nice when you seem to be on the positive side of variance for sure. Well done.

2nd in chips, 3 left in the $250 Flops Freeroll. BIG MONEY!
