Had a much needed solid weekend after a few months of downswinging. Managed to cash the Monster H events on Friday and Saturday despite being down to 2-3bbs in the early-mid stages. Thought I was going to do it again on Sunday but jammed 88 into AA about 20 from the money.

Got 4th in the Sunday Teaser after sattying into it though so that was what put me in the black. $22 buy in $2175 payout

Well done! I love those satty spin ups.

Today, I took 1st place in the The Diesel NLCP SC 500 Guaranteed [Progressive Bounty, 6-Max]. A much needed win after a month of downswings. =)

Nice job! We have covid in my house right now, so I haven't been able to play much. Won a satty into the monster stack main event, but played like crap.

I won a 100SC entry to the - Friday Frost SC 10,000 Guaranteed [Deep] - in a 5sc sattie and made it in the money at 18th place today... not to shabby...

Friggin LFGoverthetop knocked me out with his ak when I had QQ and went all in pre on the BB. I'm purrty sure he ended up wining the turny so I gess i got knocked out by one of the best.

- 1st in the daily one hundo; its been awhile since I won one of these...

- I also won a 55SC entry for 3.3SC (with no rebuy or addon) today and yesterday, so I got 2 in my inventory now... time to take another shot at the big game =)

I won an entry to the -GPC Grizzly 04-L: NLHE SC 10,000 Guaranteed [Bounty] in a freeroll then took 6th place out of 1090 players... Last hand was me in da BB w/ AQ and it fold to the SB which had A2 and went all in... I called and lost to trip 222. If I won that hand i would ve been 2nd in chips at the final table.... Ill get em next time...

I won an entry to the -El Ocho SC 1,000 Guaranteed [8-Max] in a 2SC sattie and took 1st place today... I even got revenge on LFGoverthetop and knocked him out in 3rd place booyashaka =)

I also won an entry to the sunday 10k in another sattie today so ill be looking forward to play in that this weekend... wish me luck

Thanks Prolifik. we all go through dwnswngs.... Remember, all u can do in this game is "get it in with the best of it," the outcome is irrelevant. A poker players worst enemy is self doubt. Always remember, u started with 20sc and ran it up real nice so errthing is just gravy now. when in doubt, zoom out. keep yo head up and just keep grindin.

- 1st in Sunday Eleven SC 10,000 Guaranteed [Deep] (I won an entry to this turny for 2.2sc wata crazy ROI)

Question for the MTT crushers here,

Did ya'll start grinding sngs and switch to mtts? Or cash first? Or straight into the mtt grind? I appreciate your time.

I started at the lowest of the low... micro stakes ring games .05/.10 NLHE and PLO. Then, started playing the low/micro stakes MMTs usually 10SC and under (mostly under). I take a shot once in awhile to the big buyin MMTs if I can win an entry for cheap or even free. There are alot of freerolls that pop up once in awhile if u look for em. GL at the tables.. =)

Where else but at Global Poker can u turn 11 cents into a decent three figure score?

Welp, I took a shot today at the - Mini Tussle SC 3,000 Guaranteed and made it to the final table... 9th place... not too shabby...

I was actually 2rd in chips coming into the final table but I lost a HUGE pot all in pre flop when I had KK and opponent had AK off. If i won that pot I would be way in the chip lead at 125K chips... Ill get'em next time.

I never played cash games. I started with the .25 sngs until I won a satty into an mtt, now I play mostly $11 mtts, with some sngs mixed in to make up for mtt losses.

Had a good day at the tables today...

- 6th in the mini deep nine (I won an entry to this turny in a 4.4SC sattie)

- 1st in the daily one hundo bonanza... got another 1.

funny thing.... I was down to less than 1 BB in the BB all in at one point in this turny, then went on to take 1st place..... the lesson here... NEVER GIVE UP!!! all it takes is a chip n a chair.
