I just placed 5th in the daily SC 600 Guaranteed [Rebuy, Turbo]. Nice ROI on a $5.5 buy in. I didn't rebuy or addon so about 11x ROI. Ye.

I just won the daily one hundo today. 100x my buy-in... another great ROI indeed... hehe =)

My last hand was AQ vs A10 all in pre, I would've had a significant chip lead if I won that hand but the opponent hit a 10 on the river ......... oooouf.... there's always next time.....

I've had a pretty good month after a horrible October( I blame the cash out curse so Ive been playing more $22 $33 tournies. Unfortunately I have yet to run deep in one of those, hopefully I can break through and get results at those levels though it does seem like the field is much stronger.

My sharkscope stats are getting there slowly, i just wonder how some guys have a graph with a seemingly perfect uphill slope.

Played in the Sunday spots 15k guarantee yesterday and got ITM at 15th place. not too shabby considering there were over 650 players total.

On a side note, as the poster above mentioned, I too have noticed the competition has gotten much tougher recently in the low/ micro stakes. It feels like a bunch of strong players moved down in stakes as I'm seeing a lot more "red tagged" players showing up at my tables especially in the low stakes MTTs. Go back to ur mid/ high stakes games ya sharks!!! lol j/k.... The more I play them, the better I get, but the more $$$ I lose. I guess its the price of getting better... Anyone else noticing this trend?

I would say there has been more donks lately, but I am getting crushed by them for a few weeks now. I may have misplayed a few hands here and there, but just running really bad against poor players. In fact I just busted in the 2k super deep with QQ vs 86. Dude calls big preflop raise out of position, tries to check-raise me, and then of course hits an 8 on turn. It starts messing with you mentally after a while, and I have to fight with myself about not letting it change my play.

Bro, your good play is the reason your way up from ur original 20sc, don't start changing it now. Don't stress the outcome, just worry bout getting it in good... that's all u can do at this game. The fact that he called ur big preflop raise with 86 sooted is a good thing. U WANT THIS, yea sure, he will suck out somthing like 15%-20% of the time but that's the nature of the beast.

Nice. Ive deposited a total of $30 for 40SC First 20SC for $20 and got as low as 6sc, then ran good. I had ran than up to about 50SC and got an offer to deposit $10 and receive 20sc which i did.

Ive made one withdraw for 1k(sc) and still have a healthy bankroll.

Its disappointing Global does not have more US players as the tournaments are superior to the other sites.

Great job on ur run up bro, keep it up... Yea... I don't get why the player base is so small either. There's so many good deals/overlay turnies on GP. why isn't more people on the site? I have no clue... more overlays for me I guess...

I hoping to get some good games in this weekend. Unfortunately I work at night so my only time to play is Saturday and Sunday night.

Still looking for a trophy from Global's next tournament series. So far my results have been horrendous in those.

Any particular strategy you use?

I generally try play tight early and take notes on my opponents, mostly to get an idea from who I can steal blinds/bluff later when needed. Pretty much ABC poker with some exploiting.

Last weekend was absolutely brutal for me..hoping to have been luck this weekend if I can find the time.

Thanks for the kudos fellas. Do I use any particular strategy? Not really, I don't really hav a strat till I start playing, then I just try to categorize and adapt to the other players at the table. If u want to get better at turnies, then I highly recommend u read Dan Harrington's book on tournament poker (there are a few and they are all great.) It goes over many concepts like betting according to stack depths, "bubble play," and many other helpful hints to get u to the top of ur game. If u want to get better, ya gotta study up.
