So close.............. Just took 2nd in the WGCC $20 1R1A and 6th in the WGCC $10 deepstack. Currently 2nd on the WGCC leaderboard also.

Update been busy didn't play too much in Oct.
Won the daily 4k thur, won the eagle high fri, won the 6k last night. Got 11th in the 25k though rip Boooooom!

Ya my wife and I, went on vacation to the condo for a week, and then had a leak in our kitchen so we had to gut the cabinets and have that installed. I ended up playing sporadically in the eagle cup, maybe 15ish events total over the whole series. But was able to put in time and volume this past week, and it showed. Softens the blow of the new cabinets

Yeah in the $250 Freeroll I get pretty loose with it. I see it as a good place to try tourney strategies that I use other places. I.e. sometimes I just click buttons. Feel free to make a note on me, "If it is the $250 Freeroll, this guy doesn't have crap. Always call"

. Figured you'd notice that one was a none-shove 3bet and actually for value.

I was 7th in chips at that point.

I'm a PLO guy (dabble in NLHE MTTs obviously) and consistently make deep runs in their hold em tourneys. It's amazing how soft even the 6k was.

Quick brag... won the $50+$5 3k guarantee 2 times this weekend (Friday + Sunday, didn't play it Saturday). =D Feels good to run good after falling flat on my face during the Eagle Series.

Got brutalized by the global variance train on Sunday. Made it to the final 30 in 2k, 5k, 10k and the 2 750plo only to get >6 outered or runner runnered with all my monies in the middle each time. Pretty much got myself in position to cruise into the final table of all of them only to get besmirched by some bum shoving with equity peanuts and getting there.

The runner runner was especially brutal. I'm used to it from being a PLO player but sheesh. Haven't been on full blown monkey tilt in a few years. Almost made my laptop a frisbee.
