See the schedule took a beating again today. The only thing they have going right now is quick payouts. Other than that, this would be the last site Id play on if I had other options in the US BESIDES ACR. I will not play that garbage site.

The big all time winner on Global who ran an illegal unethical side game on a tournament series and was rewarded with a private tournament by Dave Lyons for it defends the site when confronted by basic facts. Shocking.

Mismanagement: "overlays are more than 4x what they were 6 weeks ago" You might want to fix that. It's really not that complicated.

Either you can't retain customers or you reacted so wildly increasing guarantees that you're having to react just as quickly reducing guarantees. And you're turning everything into rebuys one way or the other. Did it ever occur to you that some people like to play regular tournaments? If you must continue lowering guarantees until you get it right do so.

To all these guys on here kissing your ass: You're just embarrassing yourselves.

You know somebody mentioned here that you had been one of the executives at Full Tilt? Do you really have any experience running a business? I'm sure there are players at Global that have experience (starting and) running businesses. There's something wrong with the way Global's being managed presently. That's the customer experience.
100% common sense. And you are right that people are embarrassing themselves defending the mistakes. It is so embarrassing it makes you wonder about motives.

There are 27/142 players left in tonight's non turbo $218 25k and the average stack is 13 BBs. LOL

I'm done with this site until they figure this **** out. Won't hold my breath.

A $218 player? They might listen to you.

I'm not the all time winner. I never ran or participated in any illegal or unethical side action. When someone asked me to be on their team event I agreed, as a courtesy, only if the stakes were low enough to be considered a friendly grudge match. I don't personally know any of the other regs and don't care who wins and who loses. I think team events are stupid and was relieved and supportive of David's decision to stop the team sidebet. I'm not in the Dick Brigade or any other staking/study group.

Stop lying and slandering my name. I can tolerate your infantile whining, straw-man arguments and other logical fallacies. But enough with your personal vendetta... maybe work on your game and stop blaming those who work hard and are successful?!

Also, I'm not defending Global in any way... I happen to like their recent changes. But what do I know? I've only played 8408 mtts on Global.

You come on here mocking someone bringing up legit tournament structure concerns. You say you joined an unethical team side bet contest you disagreed with "out of courtesy" That's great. I think we both learned a lesson. I am on an angry tilt as they took away or ruined the tournaments I like and will be taking a long break to get my mind right. I apologize for doing anything to slander your name. Keep winning, King A Hole.

One last question. You say you played 8408 MTT's. You keep track of that by pen and paper or do you have some kind of of tracking software that works with Global you can recommend?

Abacus ftw.

I actually like their MTT structure. I prefer cash games but it's nice the MTTs don't take 18 hours.

i left global due to the super turbo tourny schedule and the guarantees going down multiple times, back to acr.
its annoying depositing hundreds of dollars then having **** change almost weekly or daily it feels like

their mtts are decent.

he's probably talking sharkscope.com stats....which in my experience sucks for tracking global, a couple of my bigger cashes never got tracked and its honestly a useless site unless your paying for it, even then without Global allowing HUDs all you get out of it is, o this guy is a winning player with a high ability ranking.

Whoop dee figgin do, I can figure that out myself just watching people play.

I'm not surprised or concerned by the changes. Global has been really trying to make the site work. Hopefully traffic continues to grow.
