I don't disagree that it doesn't need to be fixed, but I also think it is in accurate to call it inexcusable. Its not easy to make a website scale that is all I am trying to say. And also don't here me say they don't need to fix it, but my other point still remains, why would Global want to ignore the problem? Surely they are more motivated than even we are to see it come to a good resolution.
Its like complaining to the club owner he needs to expand the building because people are not able to enjoy themselves in such a crowded place. Hes the owner, he sees that. This isn't a rake thing where we want the cost to come down and the site doesn't want to lower prices. In this case we are all on the same side.
So rather than complain we should be sending screenshots and details of what is happening to help them the best, and then know they are just as motivated as we are to see it come to a resolution.
