Yup still disconnecting. Everyone at my table looked to disconnect at the same time as well. Problem not fixed try again I guess.

I'm still experiencing disconnects as well.

I logged in, joined a game, and disconnected before the first hand. Come on GP, fix the problem.

I personally did not disconnect during the games, but I did see a few players here and there disconnect. Although I was at the SNG tables, and it was never everyone all at once, just some here and there. But I would agree, it looks like there still may be other issues to troubleshoot.

I use pro mode and play on chrome. Don't have anything else open when I play as well. Add some disconnect prevention time to the site for the time being. It is basically a race to see who reconnects first and is able to min bet to steal the pot. Every other site I can think of has disconnect time of like 90 seconds. Should help for the time being.

Disconnects still happening for me. One of my tables just had 3 of the 9 people disconnect/leave at the same time (I wasn't one of them).

Pro Table Mode certainly seems to help my lag/disconnects and Chrome has been better than Firefox.

No lag for me today. I played about an hour. All gold coin ring games. We will see tonight how things go.

It is way worse primetime, usually. I'm testing Edge out to see how that works.

I'm playing cash games with Chrome in Pro mode, and haven't seen any disconnects since the update, though I'm frequently seeing other players disconnect.

Lag wasn't so bad before but today it has been so bad I miss blind postings and big hands almost time out. I had to stop playing for fear of a disconnect in a big hand. major drag.

Some guy got disconnected in a $100 pot in PLO with me stole it for $1 bet on river. Although i was the one mad cause i had the nuts haha

Just an fyi--I've been playing on Nitrogen Poker, which uses the same software as Global, and have been experiencing the same lag issue there.

Yeah, the problem seems to be, at least in some ways, specifically with Cubeia's software.

My lag was non existent yesterday... no if only my play had been better...

I had two to three tables going at once and played for around 6 hours. During that time, I didn't have disconnects, and only noticed one player that disconnected a lot. Although it seemed to just be him.

Not saying it is fixed, just saying it went very well for me on Sunday. Well besides in the results arena.

I have had it with losing $$ due to lag issues. While playing in the 10k guarantee, my wired land line via fiber connection on chrome lagged me out no less than 7 times during critical moments.

The worst was when I had a high pocket pair and raised and then disappeared. This was well into the tournament. I took down the exact time and sent them an email.

I ended up finishing 29th where 27 cash. Had I won that hand, I likely easily cash. Had I doubled up, who knows how high I finish.

I understand that this is a risk with on line poker, but their response was complete hogwash. They talk about their huge growth, but if you do not have the technology to handle it, you should throttle back on your offerings until you have a stable platform.

Sorry to hear that, thank you for sending them the email and screenshots so that things will get better. My lag experience on Sunday went pretty well, although my play was terrible. So I got in my own way there. I have a few others I am planning on sending PMs to when the disconnects settle down, and I will send one along to you as well.

Only 7. I wish I only lagged out/disconnected that many times on Sunday.

Seems like every few days you have to come on here talking about how you don't lag, whereas the rest of us experience it non stop. I'm not sure if you're a shill at this point or if global is the first time you've actually won at online poker and you're scared that zomg the ****ty software will kill the site so you lie to protect the image of Global.

I lagged like **** yesterday. I started counting the times I "disconnected" by pen and paper and it was 22 times. On 3 separate occasions at least 3+ of my 9 person tables disconnected when I didn't. I stole a total of 4 pots with min bets, and was the victim of losing when having monsters twice.

It's sad that I've gotten to notice when people disconnect (the signs of it) and now incorporate that into my "strategy." (and to those who say, zomg I can't believe you'd do that, you don't think my opponents are doing it to me? And you don't think tilting the **** out of your opponent because they lose to a disconnected min bet is super +EV?)
