Thanks for making me miss a bunch of money when my bottom set ran into top 2 pair and would of held.

I'm sick and tired of this lag, FIX IT!

It's 2017 for crying out loud! I played on party back in 2003 and that site was more stable then yours is now.

I closed my 8 cash game tables about 15min ago and the money still hasnt appeared in my balance, lol.

Just reload your browser that fixes it for me 9/10 times so far. Global lag is out of control!!!

I agree with the OP, I mean, I was playing the other day during a thunderstorm and disconnected. That's obviously Global Pokers fault, not the fact my power surged and my wifi died, all Global....totally...

Nine times out of ten, the problem lies with your internet connection. Poor connection will result in lag or disconnect issues. Don't blame Global for what is likely an issue on your end. I've never had issues, other than the one mentioned above, and I often times play on a Chromebook (slow processor), and far away from my wifi router (slower speeds).

As for this, I agree with Natamus's response. This has happened and I just restart Global and my money accurately shows up. The hand being played has to finish for your account to be updated so there is a small delay, if it takes more than a couple minutes a restart works, or at least it always has for me.

Lag is out of control again today. Gets worse on high volume days. Probably will get worse as the site continues to grow.

PM sent. Keeps happening at random. Forces current hand to fold and/or sit out next hand. Almost kept me from rebuying in the 5k just now.

Disconnects have been occurring more often lately. The last few days I have been disco'd 1-8 times per hour, with table counts ranging from 2-6. Get more server space or something...

Thanks, sorry to keep harping on about this but we are trying to fix this for you guys. The more info I can give the tech guys about what you are experiencing the quicker they can troubleshoot and solve.

I think everyone has been disconnecting and it is on GPs side. I use google's DNS servers and have 250MBdown/10MBup internet service and disconnect everyday 2-5 times/day. GP's servers cannot handle the load. Does GP have DDOS protection as well? Because gambling sites are high on the list for DDOS attacks.
