Tonight at midnight I kept getting a server not responding error. Are others having the same issue? I just started a HU SNG.

I did have the same problem for 10 minutes or so last night, and it remained glitchy as hell for over an hour after it did decide to start working again. Specifically it kept saying 502 error and that the error was on their end not mine.

Just got kicked off a cash table. Unable to log back in. Things like this always remind me of black Friday. Everything ended in an instant. EDIT: was able to sign back in. Balance not correct. The money from the table I was on is not in my balance.

Email them. They should refund buy ins eventually. Last time took a few days. My balance doesn’t show everything from tables that closed yet.

I have spent about 2 hours looking so please do hate on me... I am trying to find out when the monthly limit resets. Is it a calendar month, or 30 days from last purchase.

For example, I am new and used up my 4K limit. I actually had a positive month but cashed out not realizing until too late that I was limited on what I could purchase. So, I waited until today, 9/1 at midnight, logged and went to cashier and it still says i have 0 available against my 4K limit.

Does anyone know if it resets each CALENDAR month or 30 days from the first purchase date? Thank you so much in advance.
