Does anyone know if it resets each CALENDAR month or 30 days from the first purchase date? Thank you so much in advance.

Jeeze buddy. Maybe email customer service? Instead of a random thread?

Sorry I am new at all of this and thought maybe it was related to the servers being down. I have emailed numerous times and have not gotten a response other than a support ticket has been created. was just hoping someone knew and would be willing to help and share.

They are likely inundated with emails since the crash so it will take longer than normal to respond. Probably not calendar month since I’m sure they want ppl playing but you’ll hear from them for sure soon enough.

I am missing more than a thousand from my account. From googling, this isnt' the first time this has happened, with some people having it take multiple days to get their funds back. The fact that there is no official announcement, and my money has just disappeared into the ether is completely ****ed up.

Missing about a thousand dollars and honestly we shouldn't have to be the ones to email them to get an auto response when we are all missing a ton of money. The tables I was on last night are active again too, whereas before they weren't even running after shut down, which just makes me all the more worried I am going to get dicked over someway.

In response to people wondering what assurance there is that this will not happen again, the issue was not with us bu5 with a very large supplier we use. Upon letting them knos about the incident they resolved it quickly and say they now know why it happened and have put steps in to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Hope that this helps.

and there's no way to know exactly how much money you had on the tables if there is any kind of discrepancy....when the funds actually get returned....one of those times I wish we had hand history trackers...

Could be a rolling 30 days. So if the total deposits of the previous 30 days < Your limit, then you can deposit up to your limit again. If so, for example:

Aug 15 - $1k
Aug 20 - $2k
Aug 30 - 1k

You wouldn't be able to deposit again until Sept 15, and only $1k max. Then on Sept 20, you'd have another $2k available, then on Sept 30 another $1k available.

Still missing all the funds I had on the tables as well. I’d recommend everyone to screenshot everything before u close any tables if this happens to you in the future. I opened a zendesk ticket immediately with all the table names/amounts of missing funds. Woke up today to boilerplate response:

i took a screenshot (whatever that will be worth) in preparation for getting ****ed over. I've been through black friday. I know the ropes at this point. Sigh.

I find it very irresponsible that Global didnt proactively reach out to customer affected by this crash. I was also playing yesterday at around 1:45am but only had 3 tables of 50max going, so only found a couple hundred missing from my account this morning. I would be upset if I saw 2,000 or so gone without any explanation.

I'm sure the money will be returned but at least an acknowledgment or apology would have been nice. instead they just pretend like nothing happened

yeah it's bullshit. no announcement, no proactive contact, nothing. just a response to inquiries with a bullshit form letter and zero word on anything. Terrible customer service.

Did anyone get their funds back yet? Please post when you do.
09-01-2019 , 10:15 PM
Nope not yet. Won’t any more play hands on the site either until I am credited.
09-01-2019 , 10:41 PM
Money back in my account at 10:40 PM Eastern time Sunday.
09-01-2019 , 10:53 PM
Same, funds returned...looks right...

I have my funds. It seems I received an extra 37 more dollars than I thought I would. I don't know if that means someone else got screwed or not, or if I had another table I forgot about. Or perhaps the site tends to overestimate to be on the safe side.

I wasnt involved in any of the hands at the time of the crash but got an extra amount that couldve been a blind I posted. Maybe they just refunded all the money you put into the pot for hands in progress during the crash.
