So I’ve been playing for 15 years professionally..... I’ve truly have never had a more worse experience then I have on global poker....worst customer service ever known to man.....I have been recently banned with also a cash out waiting to receive I’ve emailed them for 6 days now after finding out my account is blocked! I was a reg 2/4-5/10 plo cash game player....”rungoodonglobal” was my handle...I ask everyone and anyone to stay away from this site they don’t pay and they never get back to you at customer services...beware of “random closing of account and they keep the funds” I’ll be disputing my charges because of these issues I’m giving them 24 hours before I reach to my bank. Gl all and gamble responsibly:-)

What was the reason given by Global for banning you? Did you have multiple accounts?

Right, that's sort of where I was going. When you see the screen name, you know what his first post was about, and then it takes him 5+ years to make a second post, which is complaining about another site.

Of course I'm just kind of teasing Rutledge - his questions are good ones. If I were the poster in question, frustrating though his situation is if it's exactly has he described and if he's done nothing wrong, I'd still suggest a lot more patience before going the chargeback method, which should always be a last resort. Especially given that if he's truly a regular at those stakes, I'd expect he should have a lot more winnings than deposits, and thus a chargeback should be only a small portion of his money, and once he goes that route he's pretty much capped the amount of money that he might get back. Reaching out to Kimbr would be a much better next step.
