Right, that's sort of where I was going. When you see the screen name, you know what his first post was about, and then it takes him 5+ years to make a second post, which is complaining about another site.
Of course I'm just kind of teasing Rutledge - his questions are good ones. If I were the poster in question, frustrating though his situation is if it's exactly has he described and if he's done nothing wrong, I'd still suggest a lot more patience before going the chargeback method, which should always be a last resort. Especially given that if he's truly a regular at those stakes, I'd expect he should have a lot more winnings than deposits, and thus a chargeback should be only a small portion of his money, and once he goes that route he's pretty much capped the amount of money that he might get back.
