I was BeHumble on there, sure people remember my other post about them owing me. They did pay me, but only after coming out publicly...it's always pulling teeth with them talking to their support/waiting for answers... so I'm hoping this will have them actually give me a reason as to why I was banned. I asked several times after the paypal thing was resolved as to why I am perma banned and they have not given me a reason.

I remember Bovada banned high stakes regs for making too much money. Technically they can ban you if they believe you are playing professionally. Although you could argue anyone who makes money at poker is at least semi-professional.

Paying insane rake to launder money seems a bit insane to me but I don't have the slightest clue. Also what third party would be down for this terrible practice? Drug cartels? They seem to launder money fine.

Also there is nothing "random" about my case, I was by far and away the biggest winner on the site, I also had a problem getting paid because PAYPAL banned me for moving too much money around! I then kicked up a bunch of dust to get paid, I'm assuming I just rubbed them the wrong way then or it was because I was winning too fast and they didn't want the liability of having to deal with 6 figure cash outs anymore. Now I see that they took away 10/20 and their stance vs winning players is starting to make sense... on a pro poker forum that they advertise on and encourage twitch streaming no doubt.

The people I paid were pros. Not uncommon at all to pay a certain bb/100 to play someone heads up. I don't even think I had a winrate when I was doing it honestly, I just wanted the action and nobody would play me. Probably because they rake 5 dollars a hand HU. Also angle shooting is def not the word you are looking for...

I also feel like (but can't remember for sure so could totally be wrong) that you getting paid via a check instead of PayPal (I miss PayPal) had a condition that your account would be closed. Maybe I dreamed that, and poking through the below thread doesn't have that language or clearly I would have quoted it.
